Very clean, nice getaway place

We stayed in this house while visiting elderly parents who live in a senior community near by. The house is lovely and way more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The outdoor space is an oasis of privacy with a beautiful pool. Located near some great restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

This place was great. Outdoor space was nice and private. Location of this house is amazing. 5 minutes to beach and even the furthest restaurant we ventured to was still less than 30 minutes. Host provides a ton of supplies for beach and pool days (coolers, beach chairs, floats, towels, etc). Check in and out were effortless. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Beds comfortable. Pool clean. Close to restaurants. While there were two pool lounge chairs, a couple more would be good if there were more than two people staying. Overall, I would recommend this property.

The owners were helpful and very responsive. The house itself is perfect for a young family. The kids adored the beautiful pool and the pool the house was clean and comfortable.

Nicer than expected. Very well stocked. Owner answered inquiries immediately. Great location. Fabulous pool. Tons of towels, kitchen gear. Needed nothing but an iron and ironing board. Couldn't find one. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This is a great home for a family vacation to Florida. The pool and backyard are beautiful - we spent most of our days hanging out back there. It is also very convenient to the beaches, stores and restaurants. We hope to return!

The house was absolutely perfect! The backyard and pool were the highlight of the trip. Comfy beds and lots of amenities. The gift card to Enzo’s was a great touch and super easy walk from the house for our final night’s dinner. We will definitely be back!

We had a family wedding on Captiva Island and due to Hurricane Ian, it was moved to Bonita Springs. We all had to rent homes at the last minute. I informed the owner we had several homes rented in the neighborhood (we all had rooms booked at Tweens Water Resort). The pros of this rental, 1. It was clean, 2. the description of the property was accurate (except it lists 2 beds in one of the bedrooms?), 3. The back yard lanai was great for morning coffee and conversations, 4. the pool was warm and nice, and 5. location was in walking distance to the beach. There were two reasons I did not give it five stars: 1. I checked in at night and the light switches didn’t work in the bedrooms so hard to navigate in the dark, and 2. The text message at 5:32 pm Friday that we were loud and too many cars in the driveway. Us women were shopping in Naples and there were 6 people in the pool (my husband & 2 sons, and brother in law & 2 sons) along with my 86 year old dad who drove over and sat on the pool deck (he does not walk well). So there were 7 people at 5:32 pm. Visitors felt like the owner was “watching” them. By 8:32 pm, the house was quiet and dark (we went to another home in the neighborhood). The next door neighbor had music playing and a group swimming in their pool as well. I’d hardly call 5:32 pm on a Friday quiet hour. Overall, the house was great, had everything we needed, and the pizza gift card left was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Beautiful property, well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants, malls and beaches. Well stocked kitchen and every imaginable pool or beach supply ready for use. Complimentary champagne and pizza was a nice added touch. Excellent property!

Relaxing pool and back yard, close to amenities

Unfortunately Hurricane Ian had just come through a month before our stay. The beaches and downtown areas are not accessible, but we knew that would be the case and decided to go anyway. The home is perfect for really anyone, a couples getaway, girls weekend, family vacation, you name it. The inside was clean and updated. We had everything we needed for our stay. The true showstopper of this property is the backyard oasis. It is perfectly done, with a beautiful covered porch area with great seating and fans. Gorgeous outdoor lighting. The pool was excellent, clean and heated, but the best part about the backyard is it’s incredible privacy. We had a few unforeseen issues that were no fault of the owner. He was quick to respond to us and handle anything we needed. We are already talking about booking again in the future,

This home was very cute, well-equipped, and exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and would stay again if we get the chance.

Loved loved loved this house!!! The house was clean and exactly as described. The pool area was beautiful and the bunnies in the yard was a real treat to see. The gift card for the amazing pizza and Prosecco was a really thoughtful.

The house amenities exceeded expectations; especially that pool!! The location was perfect for so many reasons.. assortment of 5 star restaurants, grocery stores etc. around the corner and the beach is so close. The welcome was even made special and it all contributed to an Absolutely Amazing Getaway. We plan to be back!

It was great and rules of the house were very clear on a folder, the neighborhood was very quiet and the rooms were pretty spacious. Overall it was a great stay, close to restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. If you want to enjoy the beach you must wake up early for the parking spots are extremely limited in this area. The house was perfect for a Girl’s family weekend. The backyard is a beautiful tropical oasis. The pool and covered patio was perfect to relax and enjoy. The house location is perfect and close to surrounding destinations. We went to Fort Myers for the day and Naples. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I will definitely book this house again in the future.

We loved the house and especially the backyard oasis. The place was so nice and clean and comfortable and had I known it was so well stocked even with “toys” for the beach & pool I would’ve packed way less. There were bikes, books, games, all kinds of beach accessories, nice beach towels & the house was well equipped as well. Very comfortable!!! The check in and out process was seamless and we had not a single issue with anything. Can’t wait to go back again & will definitely look to stay here! Thank you Matthew for allowing us to stay in such awesome accommodations & for the thoughtful welcome gifts!

We had a wonderful time in this Bonita Springs escape. The pool in the backyard and sitting area were perfect private hangout spots after being out on excursions. We visited during the hot month of June. The house was well air conditioned and absolutely perfect for our stay.
