This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend get away for my boyfriend and I. Close to all the activities and restaurants downtown and the waterfront have to offer. Easy to get to the beach and soak up the beautiful weather and amazing sunsets. Super clean and had everything we could need. I’ll definitely be returning.

We enjoyed the very cute and cozy condo. The accommodations were perfect. Nothing was missing. Short walk to river to view the boats, fountain and beach. We loved the history of the building being a piano manufacture long ago. Thought it was quant how the space retained its character from the past. Would love to stay again.

I found check in a bit confusing, but the owner picked up her phone immediately and helped. She is so nice! Check in is late/ check out early. Other than that cute space and easy to walk to everything! We never moved the car. Close to fountain, farmer’s market, restaurants, downtown. Walkable to beach and lighthouse.

We had the best time in Grand Haven! The location of the apartment is truly fantastic - we were able to walk to all our meals and enjoy the fountains at night. The beach was a quick drive. The apartment is so cute and the space well utilized. The kids loved the 2nd bedroom and beds were super comfy! We cannot wait to return next year.

The location of this property is absolutely ideal for anyone staying in Grand Haven. Walking distance to literally everything. Amenities were perfect in the unit. Everything we needed was there.

Less than a minute walk from Grand Haven’s musical fountain and walk along the harbor. It was a nice, quiet and convenient location in a well-appointed condo. Definitely recommend. We would happily stay here again!

Enjoyed our time in South Haven. Did not know it was rib fest! This was a fun event but quite loud as it was basically outside my bedroom window!

We came for two nights to spend time together before a family member left on a month long mission trip, the place was perfect and we were comfortable, very happy to see decks of cards because this mom forgot ours, lol! Would for sure stay again if back in the area!

Great downtown location and price for the winter fest. The old piano factory turned lofts with high ceilings and exposed wood beams is a cool vibe. This unit is first floor which provides easy access for entry and loading luggage and supplies for our 4 nights. Entrance and windows on the side street is more suceptable to city noise.

We had an amazing experience at this adorable place. Great location. Everything is within walking range, including Lake Michigan & all the cute shops and restaurants. We will definitely be going bag when it’s warmer so we can get the full experience.

The condo is at the center of all things in downtown Grand Haven! I was steps away from cute coffee shops, restaurants and boardwalk along the Grand River! At night I was steps away from a fabulous location of the musical fountains and beach town designated social area. Easy walk or bike ride to the local beach. Cannot wait to book again! Condo was well stocked for cooking in its adorable kitchen!

Really nice
We just loved the loft. It was well supplied and just perfect as far as location. We all grew up in GH and enjoyed the waterfront. The only complaint was that when we were in bare feet, our feet got pretty dirty. So we wore our shoes. 😞

Perfect 4th of July
Condo is well appointed and perfectly situated steps from all the downtown restaurants and social district. Check in and check out was flawless and easy. A mile walk to the beach it was the perfect spot for a 4th of July weekend. We will not hesitate to book again!

Perfect location
Could not have asked for a better location! We could walk just about everywhere downtown and so close to the Musical Fountain you can see it from the roof. Beds were comfy and the condo was well stocked with towels and toiletries. We could hear people walking upstairs, but to be expected in such and old building. We will definitely be back!
