While staying at Brett's cabin, we got 21 inches of snow in 24 hours. With the night before and more snow coming in with frigid temperatures and wind gusts. Talk about an epic winter wonderland! Brett could not have been more accommodating as all routes were closed either due to road hazard or avalanche mitigation. We had to stay a few hours past check out and he couldn't have been more understanding of our situation. He has a family oriented, wonderful home to rent if you're ever so fortunate to stay in his Cozy Cabin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view of the mountains from the living room and deck was amazing! The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent here again!

It’s great with a perfect location and the view is the best!! Our only complaint is the inside of fridge was filthy! There was also a bunch of condiments and someone’s water bottle left inside. It’s a small issue but the cleaning fees are large so i feel it’s a valid complaint. Other than that, loved it there!

My family of 6 (all adults) enjoyed sharing this home for the weekend and activities in the area. We enjoyed spending mornings and evenings lounging around this home. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the deck. A very relaxing place to stay.

This cabin was the perfect spot for our family! A spacious deck that overlooks Buffalo mountain and the rest of the mountain range to the west. A great living room area and a very well stocked kitchen! The street was so quiet even though we were just a mile away from Silverthorne. Our host was so responsive and the check in, check out was seamless! We will most definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time here. We had a comfortable place to come back and rest after being so busy. We got on the water at the Dillon lake and went hiking and went to Frisco, and Breckenridge and the nearby Silverthorne outlet mall. Will attempt to rent this property again if available for our next visit.

I’ve been staying in the Dillon/ Silverthorne area for 30 years, and this is now my favorite. The cabin is very comfortable, spacious, well stocked with everything, and the check in process was easy. The view to the west of Buffalo mountain/ sunsets through the huge living room windows was fantastic. The main floor is lit up in the afternoon and early evening, and there’s a huge deck on the west side with Adirondack chairs as well. And it’s an easy walk to downtown, outlets, etc. Perfect!

We stayed for a weekend of pond hockey and the cabin was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable places to rest, and a fantastic location. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a great peaceful place, easy walking to a couple of eateries with outside service. Fabulous two sided upper deck with nearly 360 views and plus views from great room. Quiet bedrooms. Just perfect for us and Silverthorne/Dillon and that area has so much to do.

The view from the deck was beautiful. the house was very clean and we even grilled outside and everything worked great. We all really like to hugh moose it was cool. Also had more than enough options for TV with Direct TV & Netflix. Will definitely stay at Brett's place again.

Neat, tidy, homy. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was simple. It was so close and convenient to everything in Silverthorne, as well as Frisco, the reservoir, Breckenridge, and great hike to Lily Pad lake.

This was a great spot for our family. Only downfall was that the propane tank was empty so we couldn't enjoy the grill on the porch.

Perfect views!
This cabin had everything we needed and it was in walking distance for shopping, they even have shuttle buses in the area if you don’t want to walk. This house also had the most amazing views! It was our first time in Colorado and we loved it! We would love to stay here again.
