A lot of thought has gone into creating a great rental for guests and to supply basic soaps and towels. House is very near beach and the pool was by far one of the best spots to be when not at the beach. We found several things that could have used some care prior to our visit (e.g. ice maker line frozen from 1st day, not enough toilet paper/paper towels, discovering no gas in the grill while we had a spread for dinner on counter. There was not an offer to fix the ice maker or to pay for gas that we had to pick up on the first day. We left receipt for gas on counter upon checking out and did eventually receive a refund for amount on receipt for the gas. The host was responsive to replying to messages and we do acknowledge that things can happen. David did send water to the house when there was a water issue in the community during our stay and we did appreciate this gesture. We really loved having bikes, beach chairs, wagon for beach, and rafts. Despite our hiccups, I would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time. It’s very close to the beach. Beautiful home. It’s very spacious and accommodating. The pool is great and large enough for a big family. The host was great. He messaged us the day we got there to make sure everything was good and to let us know not to hesitate to reach out if we needed anything.

The house was perfect for the ten of us, which included the grandkids and their parents. Everyone loved the size of the pool for swimming and playing games. The kids said it was the best pool ever. We had plenty of kitchen space which Everyone loved moving around in without feeling congested. The house was well-equipped with bicycles, pool floats and plenty of beach gear. We made David aware of minor things that needed attention. Our son really appreciated the master bedroom office space, which provided a quiet space for working. We would definitely come come back again to this house. It's a home away from home.

We took our children and grandkids for a group of 8. We had plenty of room. The bonus room upstairs was perfect for puzzles, games, and reading. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped we have had and two laundry areas were nice for washing towels before we left. The large pool was awesome,.. ranging from 4’2” to 9’ deep. A nice surprise were the many pool floats and beach toys, beach towels, a beach wagon, corn hole, some bikes, and a cute raccoon that sometime visited the pool at night! The walk to the beach down a little path was about five minutes, where we alway saw a gopher turtle or two! Not many people on our part of the beach. David, the owner, checked in on us to confirm everything was good, which is was!

This home has everything you’ll ever need for a Family vacation. So clean,spacious & beautifully decorated. The outdoor space with the pool is wonderful & well thought out….even has a bathroom just steps from the pool. A very short walk gets you to the beach. The beach chairs & umbrellas were so nice to have as well as the huge wagon to pull there. The floats,boogie boards, bikes were nice. We purchased a few more floats to add to the collection & left them for the next family. Our Family had a wonderful time & I encourage you to really consider this home! So very relaxing😌

Huge house with tons of space for multiple families. Two ovens in kitchen two sets of washer and dryer. Walk to beach pretty private beach area, lots of shells. There is no kids depth shallow end but had a step that runs length of pool.

The only negative was the bed linens. Every set of sheets, without exception, was marked with black dots or lines that resembled mascara, or ink leaks from a pen. With one exception furnishings were in very good condition. The exception: There was one dining room end chair with torn upholstery. The decor was tasteful. The kitchen was well- fitted with dishes and cookware. Very nice appliances. The recreational supplies were ample. Nice pool with outside ceiling fans to make the heat bearable.Separate directions on how to raise the garage door would have been helpful.A map to the beach would have been helpful. Great Grill. Very comfortable, almost elegant home.

We loved this place. So spacious and accommodating. A quiet and quaint neighborhood. Steps to the beach and a beautiful pool. Really appreciated the outside shower and pool bathroom. Great for kids and adult alike. David was very attentive. Answered my questions within hours or less. I’d recommend this house to everyone. Would love to come back.

Lovely house, we stocked with all amenities you would need. Pool is perfect to hang even in bad weather. Beach is a short easy walk and the house beach accessories was a welcome surprise. Conveyor town for food and drink! Loved our stay.

The home is very large with a ton of space for activities. Open floor plan with a large living area, dining room and a third story loft with great natural lighting. We had two families with 4 kids all 2-5 years old. We had no issues walking to the beach every morning, the wagon is a huge help. The pool is HUGE almost too big and deep starting at 5 ft and going to 9ft and about 75 ft long. If the kids were older it would have been amazing for some sharks and minnows, tiles, or Marco Polo. Make sure you try out Little Jims for some drinks, food and live music, it was a great local watering hole. Constructive criticism: Neighborhood is not the nicest but does feel safe. They need to stock more beach towels at the home so bring your own too.

This home is absolutely beautiful and we had such a great vacation here. The kids had a BLAST swimming in the pool and loved having their own rooms. We loved walking to the beach to watch the sunrise every day...it was literally a 4-minute walk! So convenient. The entire neighborhood was great. It was quiet, family-friendly & very well-maintained by everyone Everything you could possibly need was provided with the house and the entire property was so clean. Communication with the host was perfect; I had a question that he responded to within minutes. I absolutely recommend this house and we will most definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay on North Hutchison Island! David was a great host, and responded promptly to our questions. Sadly, we had a lot of rain during our stay, but the house was quite comfy for our group of 10 to lounge and play games inside. There was plenty of room to spread out with the cozy third floor loft. We made our Thanksgiving dinner at the house and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We much appreciated having two ovens! There is lots to do in the area, and the beach (basically across the street and the best feature) was absolutely gorgeous and nearly empty. We would definitely stay here again.

This absolutely stunning house is fully stocked with everything. The pool is certainly the highlight of the house, but the beach is even better - you practically have it to yourself. Don't miss the turtles on the path to the beach. Our party of nine had ample bedding space and more than enough room everywhere to play, relax, cook and of course swim. Thank you David for letting us stay here.

We rented this home to celebrate my Dad's 70th and had 7 adults from Miami, Naples and NY, along with my twin 4 year olds. There was plenty of space for everyone, the house and pool are bigger than pictured, and very well equiped. The beach is a 3 minute walk, and due to not having public parking, very private and wonderful. The host was extremely responsive and our family got the getaway we needed. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and hanging out in. There are several beach chairs, and umbrella and 5 bike cruisers. The only thing is that the Master did not have a king, it was a queen. The beds were all super comfortable and there was plenty of space for our 3 families. Wonderful host and property!

There were plenty of beach chairs and bikes; the wagon was also very helpful! The beach is a 5 minute walk through this beautiful trail. We felt like we were on a tropical island... the beach and water was pristine! The only thing I feel important to note is that the people who stayed before us destroyed this house and left it an absolute disaster. It is so unfortunate that others would destroy someone else's property and home and then spew terrible, disgusting things on their review. What impressed me the most was how David, the owner, handled the situation. He had cleaners working overtime to get the house ready for us and even sent them back the next day to handle any things that were missed. Any issues we had/saw were immediately addressed (keep in mind the issues were due to the previous guests and were not his in control). It seems like the past guests were trying to run down this owner by stating untruths about this home and himself. We would disagree. We had young children and felt safe and comfortable here. Throughout our entire stay David was extremely responsive and really wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable time. My family had a wonderful experience here and would love to come back again soon. Highly recommend!

Just give them there 5 stars and call it a day. Doing anything else would affect someone’s livelyhood. However for everyone’s safety I feel this is necessary. I was at this property for work. And a little play! Amazing pool and amazing home. Truly amazing! Was here for work so I had my work trailer with me. We had been having a great time. And then we left in a hurry! Please protect your kids and self! Cameras inside the home! They watch you. And then when you leave the house in a hurry cuz they are watching you get them reaching out to ppl in business with you talking about some crazy things. They reached out to a partner of mine. And said All sorts of crazy things. We had my kid 8 my step son 17, my husband 25 my self 27 and little bro 19 5 employees. 20-25 yrs old.. One day they accessed the big garage and we then saw the cameras next day.(Yes, IN THE HOUSE) they watched my kids!! and then commented about my kids when messing about the house. The txt is horrific and mentions my children and sex trafficking!! Don’t don’t don’t don’t DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY HERE! Stay away!! We didn’t leave the house in correct order. We had been staying for 2 weeks before we discovered the camera. We left the house in terrible shape. I acknowledge that. Probably 1000 to 2000 in damages or what not. And for that I apologize and it should come out of the insurance I bought. And if money is still owed I will pay for it. But the cameras I can’t over look! Please protect your family! Local police have been notified and pics of the camera(s) and txt from the host have been sent to Local authorities, VRBO and Florida short term rental Authority.

great house with an amazing private pool and super close access to the beach. as close as you can get to the state park beach which is the best beach around. undeveloped, nearly empty beach. kids could bike back and forth on a quiet safe road. layout of the house is perfect for big groups. kitchen super well equipped. house came with so many nice touches - bikes, towels, beach chairs, games, etc. we will come back.

We were very pleased with our stay at Ft Pierce Shores. The home was super comfortable with a dynamic and easy living layout that we all enjoyed. The pool with the loungers, dining /work area and plantings was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked w cookware and glassware. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a private or nearly private access to a bathroom. The ability to use the bikes, beach chairs, beach towels made our beach visits so easy and comfortable and the local beaches and parks were a real plus. Loved it and would rent again.
