We had a wonderful few days on Lake Norman in Serenity Now!! It is such a cute lake house with a nice upgraded interior and has everything that you will need for your stay! The lot on the lake is in an awesome location at the end of Brawley School road and the homes on the drive to the home are beautiful!! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We used the kayaks and outdoor grill and rented a boat that was delivered directly to our private dock!! We also used the fire pit at night so we could enjoy a beautiful full moon over the lake!! We will definitely rent this house again the next time we have another Lake Norman vacation!!! We would highly recommend it for 2-4 people!!! It is a cute little home with a gorgeous lot on a wonderful lake!!!

We had a great week at the house on the lake! Our son fished off the dock and we used the kayaks daily. Great location, house was well stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen. There was even a closet with games and a bookshelf with lots of books.

My husband and I were in town to figure out where we would like to buy when we move to the area. The house was perfect to relax in and enjoy the lake views. We even took the kayaks out to explore the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property for a visit to Lake Norman. Views of the lake are peaceful and picturesque. Kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals. Easy to explore the region from this location. Quick trips to great restaurants, winery, and waterfront fun.
Site representatives are accurate and the rental process was easy. We would stay here again!

Little piece of Heaven
This property is amazing on the inside and the sunrise views are spectacular, well worth getting up early every morning to enjoy from the end of the dock or from the house itself. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to stay in to cook. I so appreciate entering an exceptionally clean rental, it was perfect! If you have ever been to this part of Lake Norman you know it is just an lovely quiet community. This property is just the right size for a two couple or small family to enjoy.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and we absolutely love it. The sunrises and the views from the house are breathtaking. It’s a small gem with so much to offer. We will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the lake in the hot weather. Thank you to the owners and to Southern Charm for a wonderful stay!

The house is beautifully decorated and clean and literally has everything that you can possibly think of!!! The owner stayed in touch and answered our questions very quickly and was very very accommodating for us. Thank you for an amazing stay we will definitely be back!!!

We were looking for a quiet place to escape the craziness of the last couple years and this property was perfect! Well stocked with everything we needed, we could focus on relaxation that only lakefront scenery could provide. The interior is well laid out and offers pristine views of Lake Norman.

This lake house is completely renovated. Very clean, GREAT VIEWS, amazing Sunrises. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you’ll need to cook almost any meal. Sarabeth responded almost immediately to every request/question. Accommodated as much as she could early check in and late checkout. I look f,onward to returning.

Another great Labor Day Vacay
This property has the perfect location. Beautiful lake views, doc is great for swimming, wonderful neighborhood to enjoy long runs or walks and close to all kinds of shops.

We had an incredible stay at this perfect cottage! Views and location were beautiful, and home was very comfortable, clean, extremely well equipped and just perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 12 and 14). The other reviews were totally accurate in terms of how well equipped the home was, especially the kitchen. I loved the water access and how we could just pop out the front door for swimming or paddleboarding. Even on the days there was rain or storms it was super convenient to get in a quick swim when the weather cleared. The water was so clean and refreshing. We enjoyed early morning paddleboarding and gorgeous sunrises. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well after days in the lake. House was plenty spacious and I loved the openness of the front rooms. And owner was super responsive and went above and beyond expectations as a host. We’re frequent VRBO renters and I’d say this is most certainly one of our best experiences. I don’t really have any constructive suggestions… except keep doing what you’re doing! Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful stay for family of 4
This was our week 2 at Lake Norman. The view from the house were spectacular. The best sunrises. The outside of the house looks like an old family cabin until you get inside. Everything is upgraded and looks new. The location is very private and the neighbors are lovely. The lake area is the best. Far enough off the channel but huge areas to wakeboard and tube. We even had a few fun islands to go explore. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Sweet Retreat
The VIEW steals the show, but overall this location and cottage were so nice. Very clean, convenient, quiet, and well-equipped. We enjoyed sunrises and swimming from the dock, taking our boat out, paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking. Even invited friends over one night ... they were amazed! Never had to reach out to the owners ... the house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Toward the end of our stay, we even saw an unaltered double rainbow stretch over Lake Norman! Peaceful and serene. We had a fabulous time.

Perfect location for riding bikes, scooters or taking a walk. Very quite dead end street. The yard is large as well as plenty of driveway parking so we had no problem getting our boat trailer parked. It's a shared driveway with neighbor "Kenny" who was very pleasant. The view cant be beat. Lake at the edge of the yard. We hung a hammock down at the boat dock. Wonderful breeze every night coming in from the water felt great. Met neighbors on both sides and they were very friendly. All appliances worked fine. Inside of home very clean and updated. We couldn't have asked for another thing during the week we stayed in July. Nice place.

Had an excellent vacation at this clean house. It has amazing access to the wide open body water of Lake Norman so you can paddle board, canoe, fish and swim. Perfect house for a perfect vacation.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation At This Property
We had an ABSOLUTELY wonderful stay at this property and want to THANK Sarabeth for the opportunity.
I cannot say enough about this home.
VERY clean and accommodating, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VIEW of Lake Norman and so peaceful and relaxing.
Sarabeth was ALWAYS available and got back almost instantly whenever we had a question.
The home is very well stocked with anything you could need (although we brought much of our own things) it was nice to see if we forgot something it was there for our use.
The home is a nice size and PLENTY of room for a family. The yard is large and on the edge of the Lake.
You cannot beat the location and the view!!! It was so nice to have a dock to sit out on and relax!!!
I seriously cannot think of ONE thing that I did not like about this home and CANNOT WAIT to come back again in the near future!
