Amazing property in an amazing location. More than enough room for us, our teenagers and two dogs. The home itself is spectacular and the sunset views from the deck are absolutely gorgeous. Short walk to everything Stone Harbor has to offer. The owner is friendly and, not just responsive but proactive in his communication. Best vacation decision in years!! Don't wait...just book it!!

This beach house was exactly as promised -- clean, comfortable, well furnished and stocked. My husband and I had a great vacation with family and friends in our favorite beach town.

Great, clean home that is close to all that Stone Harbor has to offer. Can walk to downtown and beach and leave car in the drive way. Excellent views of bay from living room/balcony. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and relaxing stay to start off 2019. This is the first vacation home we have taken our dog to, and we will definitely go back. The home is clean and comfortable, and has everything you need for a great vacation. I very much enjoyed looking down 96th street with all the Christmas lights on.

I got married on December 7th at the Reeds. I cannot tell you how wonderful our stay was. We were able to have ample room to get ready in this home and it meant the world to me to be able have my dog with me for my wedding day pictures. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was gorgeous, and view from the deck is breathtaking. It was a cold weekend in Stone Harbor and the fireplace kept us nice and warm. This is a great place to stay if you are attending a wedding at the Reeds as it is a quick walk across the street. I look forward to returning in the future! Thanks for amazing stay!

Found everything we expected (and then some including a small artificial tree) for Christmas dinner preparation. We enjoyed the beach, sunsets on the bay, and the restaurant/shops that were open (more than I guessed). We made some shell finds that were spectacular and dogs got to help since it is winter.

We rented this home for my daughter’s wedding at the Reeds. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The location is so convenient to the town. The beds were comfortable and kitchen and living area were extremely well kept. We loved thus home. John and Mary were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this home. We will return again.

FIVE STARS! Comfortable and relaxing property with a water view. A short walk to restaurants, shops, and Springers Ice Cream! Three blocks to the beach. Property was clean and well maintained. Friendly and courteous Owner’s. Highly recommended rental property. We look forward to returning every year!

Wonderful home any time of year to get away from the stress of everyday life. We have stayed here numerous times and always enjoy the amenities especially the elevator to move in and out.

This is the sixth year my family and I have rented this property. It’s comfortable, immaculate, well maintained, and offers amazing sunsets. The location can’t be beat - just walk up the street for shopping, restaurants, night life, and the movies. John and Mary are outstanding to work with. Our dog loves this place as much as we do! Finally found an ideal pet friendly property. Ideally located within a short walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. The home is very comfortable and very nicely furnished. Loved the kitchen and master bedroom and bath.We look forward to coming back next year. Off street parking a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was on the list as we could bring our dogs. Truly for a pet friendly property it was super clean and in great condition. Highly recommended! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, the water view lovely! The pictures and description are very accurate. A super convenient location, walk to everything and the main land Acme is a quick 4 miles for the big shopping order. The landscaping was super pretty and the property in general well cared for and a treat to call home for a short while. Owner is very easy to work with for rental and information.

Since moving out of state, we needed a place to stay that was dog friendly while we were in the area for our daughter's wedding. This rental was our most fortunate find! Timing was in our favor and John was able to be flexible with the dates we occupied the home. Cannot say enough about the clean, comfortable atmosphere of this duplex. Immediately you felt at home and were able to enjoy its many amenities. Our dog was as welcomed as we were when Mary came by to show us how to use the elevator, which made light of toting our things up to the second floor living space. March weather being what it was, allowed us to take advantage of the gas fireplace (more so for atmosphere) while having our coffee in the morning. A simple pleasure for me was the comfort of the mattress in the master bedroom (had to inquire about it after returning home and having my back complain every morning since). We especially loved the balcony with the view of the waterways, bridge and stunning sunsets which provided many photo opportunities. Let's not forget the close proximity to the ocean that this home offers, and the lovely walks on the beach to be had exploring the shoreline to find what treasures the waves have washed up. The location was ideal near many shops and restaurants. We were there towards the end of off season, so some nearby establishments were not yet open, but we still had no shortage of places that were open year round that met our needs. Encourage anyone thinking of booking a stay, to do so without hesitation. We look forward to a return visit and would not change our timing at all as it felt that we had the best Stone Harbor offers all to ourselves.

My family, including our dog had a fantastic stay! My mom has trouble walking so having the elevator made it even that much better. The house is in pristine condition with every amenity you need. The location can't be beat! We walked everywhere and also had a view of the bay. We would absolutely come back :)

Perfect location and perfect home. Two weeks of bliss in this extremely clean and well stocked house! We didn't want to leave. Mary was so sweet and an added bonus! Spent a lot of time inside due to the weather and it really felt like home. A (short) block from shopping and food and not much further to the beach. Very safe with lots of police presence. Will definitely return. Thank you so much for a much need break!!!
