The house is beautiful and spacious, and in a great location for accessing downtown Pensacola and the beach.

October is perfection in Pensacola! Our month there was full of festivals, dining out, walking to great breakfast and lunch locations and visiting with friends and family. Old Jackson house was a perfect spot for home base. Easy access for the locals to arrive and central to all of our activities. The house itself provided lots of surprises and giggles and grins! We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Jackson home. Close to tons of restaurants and just a little ride to the beach. The pool in the backyard was perfect for us after a long hot day or if we wanted to just stay in and relax. Lovely house full of character. I knew when I saw the pics online, I had to stay there. Don’t miss out!

What an incredibly unique property! The house and backyard set up were perfect for our visit to celebrate an early Christmas with our family & friends in Pensacola. The house offers plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and the central location is perfect to enjoy all the local flavor. We are already working on another visit next month and this will be our go to place when we visit Pensacola. The art work and decor is so refreshingly different - if you want to stay somewhere memorable this is the place! Thank you Bri & Drew for a smooth rental process, everything was handled professionally with great communication & follow up.

Where do I start.....
The decor was something out of Better Homes and Gardens. Eclectic, fun, interesting and quirky. The art is something you will talk about, especially the pirate over both mantels.
Fully stocked. Awesome coffee bar. Many places to sit gather and enjoy your vacation. Easy access to anywhere since it is just north of the traffic area. Easy 5 mins drive to downtown. Walk to the best BBQ around.
The pool area was fun and private. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own floor fan. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. All bedroom upstairs, master with access to the balcony which was so peaceful and fun.
Parking was easy. No worries about where to park. There is street parking one block west. Easy access for loading and unloading.
Bri and Drew were amazing. Thank you both so much for making our wedding weekend memorable!!

Beautiful house
We weren't able to enjoy the pool and deck due to weather, but we made good use of the cozy TV room to watch movies, play toys and do a bit of yoga out of the rain!
It is a beautiful house with lots of playroom or space for everyone to have a reading nook.

Everything you could wish for…and more.
This property has it all. Location, privacy, oasis in the back yard, amenities. We had everything we needed. The coffee drinkers loved the coffee bar. The keypad door was super convenient and we felt very safe. The decor is so unique and special. We agreed that we could stay in a “modern farmhouse” decorated house any time. It was so fun to check out the art work and experience the surprise of how each room was decorated. We had events that we needed to attend each day and the house was perfectly located. Everywhere we needed to be was a quick drive. We could have walked if it wasn’t 100 degrees (!). On the one day we didn’t need to be at an event, we jumped at the chance to stay at the house all day. We enjoyed the back yard the entire day. It was bliss. A much needed respite and a perfect place to take it. And my final note is to say that Drew and Bri were great. Very accommodating and always available.

Spring Break
We had the best time! The home was spotless and looked just like the pictures from the site. Everything was beautiful! Drew and Bri stayed in touch throughout the trip, answered any questions we had about the home and gave us information about the area to help with day to day activities. My son loved the backyard, especially the pool and "round" chair. As they said on the site, the neighborhood is very walkable. There is a Publix 2 blocks away, as well as a Walgreens and a bunch of great eateries. (We used DoorDash several times too.) We loved our stay here and will definitely visit again. Drew and Bri provided not only an amazing home, but wonderful information to help our trip run smoothly, and that is extremely helpful when you have never vacationed in this area before. 10 out of 10!!!!
