Quiet and peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The setting was so peaceful against the trees and felt so private. The place was well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. The AC came in handy for the 80 plus temperature. So close to downtown Langley and many delicious restaurants. We can't wait to visit again.

Very clean and well maintained. The location is like being in a forest park. The kitchen, living room and bath room are small, but very adequate and functional for 2 people.

You never really understand the noise of life, even in smalll towns, until you stay somewhere this quiet. Very little light pollution, secluded and surrounded by forest, and easy drives away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This was a slice of heaven.
The unit itself is perfect for two people having a little getaway. The kitchen is fully decked out and spacious and their cookware isn't your average beat-to-hell variety (French press, hot water pot, toaster with bagel setting which you'll want, trust me). Extremely clean, great amenities (thanks for the Mulkiteo Coffee!), plenty of clean towels.
No real downside, honestly. Probably could use a sound bar for the TV and bring your own streaming device (the one on the TV is slow but the WiFi is fast) if you plan on spending your time indoors.
Also, don't think you're gonna manage to get a third person in it. This place is designed to be more for couples than families. It's perfect for two people trying to get away from it all.
In love with this spot and the island itself. Will definitely be back. Thank you Teresa and Todd for an amazing base camp for our island adventures. =)

This property is just as it appears in the photos. The host was very communicative and the house has everything you will need. Everything looks new and is well cared for. Nice touches - bottle of champagne with Salt sea Caramels made on Whidbey. Lots of attention to detail for those basic necessities you may need if you are cooking or if you forget something like your toothbrush/toothpaste. The surrounding property is so peaceful and serene. Just what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

Incrediblely clean and thoughtful in design to settle in quickly. A unique stay with so many nice touches making you feel even more welcome. Walking distance to Langley was a plus, but spent most of our time relaxing in the quiet of the place. Simply beautiful.

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained and lacks for nothing for a relaxing getaway. Very close to center of Langley, perfect for afternoon strolls through some unique shops.
Cottage provides a very comfy bed, a kitchen filled with all you need to cook your own meals if so desired, and some special touches (for us, cherry chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine).
We will look to stay here again when back in the area.

This little house on the outskirts of Langley was lovely!
Very modern, up to date, and outfitted with everything you could imagine! In the morning we would sit outside and watch the small deer walking by. Communication with owner was great. Would highly recommend staying here!

The suite itself was serene, modern, and cozy. There were so many extra accoutrements from kitchen to bathroom. If we had forgotten anything it was covered. Thank you for the bubbly and specialty chocolates in honor of our anniversary! We will absolutely be back and share your info w/others!!
