Wonderful home in a perfect neighborhood. Close to downtown area and easy access to everything! Hosts were extremely responsive and all of our needs met.

Overall, everything is great about this place. I will list the positives and then the items in need of improvement mainly for the owner's information: Positives: -Good Location -Friendly and responsive hosts -Pet friendly -New appliances -Flat screen TVs with Netflix -Fully equipped kitchen -Memory foam mattresses -Fenced backyard -Usable 2 car garage -Electronic fireplace with heat -Vinyl records with record player (we used and its great) -Cool accent lights in LR Items in need of improvement: -LR Couch needs replaced (old and not comfortable) -Room with twin bed needs deep cleaned as it smells like a dog and no one could sleep in there (fortunately, we didn't need it) -I understand this is a pet friendly rental, but dog hair was everywhere and should be thoroughly cleaned after each renter with animals. -Front and rear entry doors need adjusted to open and close properly and extra bolt lock needs added for additional security. -10am checkout is too early, 11am is better and typical -It was disclosed that this was an old property with cracks, but it would go a long way for aesthetics to caulk the cracks (especially in showers) and repaint. Even with foundation issues, you would only need to probably do this annually and it would make the place look much better inside. Overall, nice updated property. I would stay here again as it met all our needs. I only list the "Items in need of improvement" to help the owners make this place even better!

Older neighborhood and house, but renovated recently. Lots of extra touches and very warm and friendly hosts. The hosts responded almost immediately to any questions we had.

We stayed in the Snazzy Swan while painting our house. The house was very clean and decorated so cute! It was a great house for us because it also had a big back yard and we’re were able to bring our dog, Any questions or problems we had were immediately handled by Richard, the owner. He was very positive and happy to help out at all times,

Communication with the hosts was great. Any questions I had were quickly answered and they were so accommodating. The house is comfortable, spacious, and charming. It is well-stocked with everything (more than) we needed. Highly recommended!

This home was in a great location. The home itself was older but had been well taken care of and updated with a modern flair. The host were extremely helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

The Snazzy Swan was just what we needed when trying to find somewhere to stay for 10 days while relocating. We had 3 young children (ages 3-8) stay as well as our dog and cat. It was so nice to have the yard and amenities provided with this house. They even had it decorated for Christmas. The scavenger hunt was awesome, they put a lot of detail into it, you need to play it if you stay. The house is older and there has been some settling which can cause issues with the flooring and doors. But otherwise it a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Six of us stayed comfortably and never ran out of hot water 😉 Six Pickleball players in town for the Texas Open, the house was in a great location as we were back & forth from the courts. The Snazzy Swan had everything we needed, The hosts were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I plan to stay again when we are in town for tournaments.
