This is a fabulous location inside Palmetto Bluff. The house is nicely appointed, very comfortable and turn key. The property manager is TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend.

15 S Drayton is just as described. It is updated with upgraded appliances and very clean. It is equidistant from the Inn and the Canoe Club. It is situated in a very convenient location for Wilson Village. Everything worked perfectly. The porches were where we spend most of our time while at the house. We didn't cook so I can't comment on the grill or Viking range. But I am sure thay they were operational. WiFi access was great for my 2 teenagers and my 10 year old. Maybe not a positive - depending on what you are looking for. But a fantastic home in Wilson Village - which is where you want to be if you are staying at Palmetto Bluff. We have visited PB multiple times and this home was a good a location as we have stayed in. I will say that it seems that PB is having a transition. The residential members have created a rift between PB and the Montage Resort - could be the other way around I guess. It was a definitely different feel which is unfortunate for those of us who just come to vacation. Still had a great trip, however. I do feel like this issue is likely a covid issue and could likely rebound when things finally are back to normal. Do not hesitate to reserve this property for a perfect stay in Wilson Village at Palmetto Bluff. I will also say the concierge service that this owner is using is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed from dinner reservations, fishing guide recommendations, and even babysitting recommendations. You won't be disappointed.
