We were an eclectic group. My husband and I are expecting our first baby in early Jan so our family from AL & FL agreed to come to us for Thanksgiving. Besides the 2 of us, we had my parents (60’s), my in-laws (70’s), my sister and her 3 kids (9F, 7M, 4.5M) and my Sis In-Law and her partner. We stayed from Wed - Sun. What we loved about this place was that they *almost* had it all. I say almost only because it was a rental and you can’t expect everything you would have at your own home. As far as kitchen appliances, utensils, serving dishes, this place had more than any rental I’ve ever seen. It was wonderful. The kids played in the game room, rode bikes, played with toys upstairs and had a dedicated area to watch tv while adults were able to watch downstairs. Plenty of towels and throw blankets, even shoulder blankets in each closet! There was clear signage throughout the house when dealing with remotes, etc. I was glad that I printed the house rules info that came the day or two before check-in because I referred back to it often. Another big thing for us was the check-out list. It’s become the norm to pretty much clean the entire house before leaving but that wasn’t the case here. We felt like the check out list was really reasonable and didn’t make us leaving in the morning a process that needed to start at 6am. Such an amazing space with so much to offer, really glad this was the place we chose.

This place was simply wonderful.

The house is beautiful in all ways! We enjoyed all the many, many amenities, especially the toys in the garage and the hot tub. It was good for watching football also. Would highly recommend it. John and Laurie were very responsive.

My 4 girlfriends and I stayed at this gorgeous home and loved every minute of it. There was plenty of seating, beds, kitchen items... anything we needed was there (even a sewing kit). We will rent this home again :).

This is the perfect "home base" for your time at Suncadia Resort. We have been to Suncadia dozens of times in all four seasons and this home was our favorite. The owners were kind and helpful and they absolutely thought of everything. The home was so cozy and well-stocked, with a great floorplan/use of space. We took this trip with 4 couples (though we could have fit more) and we are already looking at dates to book again bringing our kids. This is our new "go-to" Suncadia property.

Probably one of the best VRBO’s we have ever rented! The house was beautiful and in perfect condition. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and want. We have stayed at both Suncadia homes owned by this host and both houses are great!

This house is amazing. Everything was perfect. The house and everything in it is like brand new. The house is equipped with everything you can think of (better equipped than my own house) and it is all top of the line quality. My sister wants to go back for the holidays just so she cook in the kitchen. The garage is unbelievable with all the bikes toys and everything else. I was amazed at the quality of bikes and everything else in the garage. Truly a 5 star experience. If you stay, here please respect it as much as the owners do, because my family is definitely going to use it again.

everything went well. the best stocked house that we've ever rented. owners thought about everything you could use in kitchen or bath.

This property had everything we could ask for! We needed a bedroom on the main floor for my elderly mother and this fit the bill perfectly! It also had another bedroom with attached full bath upstairs as well. The rec room in garage, tv room upstairs, kitchen, just everything we could ask for. I do recommend staying here! The only gripe, we were required to wash and dry all bedding used as well as any towels used before check out at 11am. My whole last morning was structured around timing 3 loads of laundry to be done before required 11am check out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The location is quiet and convenient to the walking trails. Owners were super communicative. We’ve stayed in Suncadia many times and this house is one of our favorites.

Wonderful accomodations. Fun games and bikes for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was a bonus!

Beautiful property and perfect for our reunion as a place to gather and eat dinner together. The only issue we had was full garbage upon arrival and after the trash was picked up, horrific smell from one of the cans. We discovered a very old pizza in the bottom, was smelling the entire house up so we rebadged it and hosed out the trash. Not sure why the trash was so full

We loved the well thought out layout of this home with many seating areas for family members to gather both inside and out!! The garage game room was a BIG hit with plenty of high quality mountain bikes (our other family members homes they rented didn’t have any bikes!) foosball, table tennis and skee ball! An added plus was that it was rugged and felt just like an extension of the home! We have stayed in many other homes through VRBO and this one was probably the most well stocked of any home we have been in! The homeowners offered many different types of kitchen appliances which provided all the comforts of home and more! Plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, serving pieces etc., to feed an army!! There were amenities galore!!! Also we loved how the homeowners were excellent communicators and very conscientious that everything was just perfect for us!! I loved their attention to detail and organized notes so we knew exactly what was expected and answered all of our questions for us! Thank you Laurie and John for sharing your lovely home with us!!! This was an amazing place for family time.Very well stocked for those who love to cook. Loved the outdoor eating and seating area. The bikes were great and i would definitely rent this again but hopefull longer than 4 days!

There were 12 of us and this house couldn’t of been more perfect! So spacious, clean, an abundance of things for all ages to do! We can’t wait to come back!

Thank you so much for hosting my husbands 40th birthday. We had a relaxing weekend making dinners, golfing and playing games. We agreed that next time we come we would all bring our kids are there we’re so many activities they would love. Only downfall was not having access to Suncadias pools, other than that 10/10 Thanks again & we’ll be back!

We had a fun two day sibling reunion. The house was perfect for four couples! The fire pit was a wonderful plus, house is beautiful, and was exceptionally clean! The hosts were great. Would love to go back again!

I would give this property a 10 if possible. Not only is it immaculately clean, but also has everything you would need for your vacation. Beds were extremely comfortable and had black out shades for sleep. The amenities included a full stand mixer, a hand mixer, a waffle maker, a pancake griddle, crock pot, blender, enough silverware to feed 30 (I didn't count, could have been more), beautiful dishes with matching serving wear, and even a pan large enough to bake a turkey! Bathrooms had everything; makeup mirror, hot rollers, and hair dryer. Dyson vacuum and even an iron, ironing board and steamer! Kids loved the garage rec room and spent their days out there. Enough bikes for the entire family to ride. Ping pong, foosball, yoga mats. Patio area with hot tub, fire pit and BBQ was so nice. Patio table for outdoor dining plus an extra seating area with couch and chairs and then room around the fire pit. We have rented VRBO homes for years, even as recently as a couple of weeks ago in Florida, and several times at Suncadia. This home was the best by far.

Great mountain get away from all the hustle and bustle of life.

Beautiful, well-kept, home in Cle Elum. We had a great time and enjoyed the stay immensely. Highly recommend to other visitors.

Perfect in every way

What a beautiful home! John and Laurie really thought of everything to make this an unforgettable stay. The house is beautifully decorated with loads of small details that make all the difference. It also comes with all the appliances, cookware and utensils that you need to cook large meals. We were a party of 10 and actually had our wedding ceremony here. Just my wife and I and our closest family and friends. It was a dream wedding in front of the fireplace. A day we won’t forget, in a place we’ll always remember. We spent the evenings just relaxing in the jacuzzi or with a ping-pong tournament in the well equipped garage aka. game room. The nature around is Suncadia is beautiful as well. Lots of lakes and hiking trails to explore. I would give this house 15 stars if I could. We’re already planning on coming back for our first anniversary!

We loved this house, John and Laurie were very easy to commucate with and the house is stocked very well. The random baskets of blankets in each room was a nice addition to make it a cozy winter stay for us. The microwave and oven seemed to not seamlessly heat but not a big deal what so ever!

This was the most well-appointed, comfortable, and memorable home I’ve ever stayed at! From the time I booked the listing (which was almost a year in advance) Laurie was communicative and so helpful. They let me know what to expect and provided helpful instructions along the way. We stayed for Christmas and the home was beautifully (and seemingly professionally) decorated with tree fit for a New York 5th Avenue display and decorations throughout the house. It made the holiday that much more magical. About it’s appointments: spacious common areas, comfortable rooms, and everything you could think of or need was there (down to the ice scrapers and shovels that came in handy with the below zero temps and snow we got)! The house is also well designed with youth spaces above and below on one wing of the house, so they had a fun and spacious spot upstairs to themselves (which is a dream for 5 kids ages 5-11) as well as the garage which their space is over that has many games and activities. There’s also a heater in the garage converted to activity area so you can keep it warm during cold temps. This made the adult/kid time wonderful too as the spaces are strategically separated enough for both to coexist. All of our family commented on how wonderful all the accommodations were (ages 5 to 85) so it’s perfect for just about anyone! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and welcoming home. We’d love to stay again here or at your other property in the future.

Relaxing, enjoyable, beautiful, memorable...the perfect holiday vacation. The home was beautiful, clean and handled our large family with ease. Ping Pong and foosball tournaments in the garage and minute to win it games in the house. The kitchen and amenities were well stocked - the hosts thought of everything. This is a GREAT rental.
