The home is cute, clean, comfortable, and cozy. They have everything covered from toiletries in the bathrooms, to spices in the kitchen, and abundant linens. All you need to bring are your clothes. I'm really quite picky about the houses I rent and this is defiantly one of my favorites for what we needed. I like newer, updated, comfortable and stylish homes and this one did not disappoint.
We had a great stay with our family of five (4 adults, one teenager), with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. The neighborhood was adorable with park around the corner with basketball, pickle ball, playground, bathrooms, green space and access to miles of walking/biking path.
Owners gave timely and easy instructions for check in and out. They were responsive and great to work with. Don't rent a hotel, stay here!

We loved our stay at this home. We have rented 3 other vrbo homes this summer and Erica’s was by far the cleanest and most well stocked house. I loved the makeup towels and all the toiletries she provided along with the extra blankets, pillows and towels. This may seem trivial to mention but the shower water pressure was amazing! It truly was like a spa experience. The neighborhood was quiet and had many close restaurants and grocery stores. We rented this home for a baseball tournament at the surrounding universities and we felt like we were in a great location to travel to Duke, NC State and Chapel Hill. I would recommend Erica’s property to anyone. 5 stars!

we traveled as a family for my sons baseball tournament at USA Baseball. Great property. The owners were Very helpful and quick on questions we had. Great neighborhood. We even had a visit from the ice cream truck! Nice backyard with grill and table.

Wonderful weekend in Cary. Location of this property was on a quite street in a lovely neighborhood. Property was bright, clean, and had everything we needed.

Erica was a perfect host and the property was immaculate. It was also warm and welcoming with a lovely bottle of wine and cookies from a local bakery. The beds were super comfortable, lots of extra pillows, etc. even the towels were plush.
It was also great to connect with our Apex relatives, who lived 10 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this property.

This home was perfect for our family needs. Lots of space for our family of four and extremely clean with full amenities. Owner goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is covered. Kitchen is fully equipped and appliances are new. The home made our visit to NC extra special.

Super Easy
The house was beautiful and clean. We were in town for a concert at Koka Booth and had no issues getting to the event and several nice restaurants in the area.
Erica was great and super responsive. I will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Super Clean and Convenient
Wonderful people, very accommodating and a super clean and modern home. Many conveniences. They bought a grill for us when one was not available. Close to the ball parks & in a very nice neighborhood. Super safe and pleasant.

Perfect Family Trip
We enjoyed our stay so very much at the Rad Shack for our family trip. It was immaculately clean, in a very safe and cozy neighborhood. The park around the corner, along with a beautiful walk trail was enjoyed by our family each night. The house was stocked amazingly with little snacks and all the essentials throughout the whole house. The house is also stocked with every board game for all ages, which we loved! It was an absolutely beautiful home with such sweet and accommodating owners that answered all our questions and made staying in another state feel like home. We can’t wait to come back to the Rad Shack!

Best VRBO Stay Yet!!
My family and I had a wonderful and rad stay at the Rad Ranch! Erica was the best host I’ve had since I started using VRBO to book my family vacations. She was very helpful, sent very timely and useful communication periodically to stay engaged and make sure we had everything we needed. Arriving at her home, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful her home was; it was indeed a home away from home for us. She had such amazing goodies readily available for our enjoyment and comfort. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed but never intrusive. Erica is truly a great host and I’ll highly recommend her and home for all VRBOers! We plan to go back soon!
