Communication is awful with this property. They are managed by a third party and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. In addition to being dirty and dingy in the room itself, there was construction the entire day we stayed there—loud banging, drilling, hammering—from 9 am to 5 pm. Despite the rooms not being full at all, we were unable to communicate with anyone to move us to a different room, so we had to deal with construction directly over us any time we came back. The bed was also very uncomfortable, with two singles that were pushed together and buckled in the center. Book elsewhere!

I rented this unit as a gift to my son and his wife for Christmas while they were here visiting. I chose it because it’s fantastic location an amazing view. They loved it!

Really enjoyed being so close to the beach and also the shops and restaurants in the town. Fantastic to sit outside on the deck and watch the ocean. TV didn't work which put a damper on our stay because entire first day was very rainy. Thanks for letting us stay.

My wife and I stayed here for two night. The room was clean and perfectly situated within walking distance of Nye Beach shops and restaurants.
I took one star because the bed was terrible. Literally if they replaced the mattress it would be a star room.

Easy access to beach…114 steps, but I was able to access, slow but steady! Studio was perfect for the two of us! Walking distance to shops, coffee shops and places in Nye Beach. I was able to watch my DVD when hubby was busy! Looked like a nice clean pool, hot tub…but we didn’t use it! Is a 2nd floor place, but again, we were able to use easily. Yes! We will come again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as advertised. A studio with a great kitchen and everything you may need. The items provided by the owner in case you forgot some of the essentials was a caring touch. We didn't need anything but if a toothbrush or some other necessity was forgotten it was provided. A little gem with a great view at a great price. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy!

Great spot, not so comfortable. Ocean view and sounds perfect. Walk to restaurants very convenient. Love Newport area.
Local manager (Vacasa) asked for review. Gave positives and some negatives (bed worn out bedding poor). Vacasa only published positives.

This property is in the perfect location for both Nye Beach and Newport. Both easily accessible by walking. The beach is so beautiful and the Marina with its shops and restaurants is a must visit! The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking and driving to other local attractions like the Devil’s Punchbowl was just a short drive. It was comfortable and had everything you will need. We loved our 4 night stay! A bonus was the little pool and hot tub after busy days walking and exploring.

We came here for our 11th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The location is great for shopping during the day and has peaceful evenings. The room was clean and bright with a lot of privacy. Our ONLY complaint was the mattress needs to be replaced. The middle is broken and creates a V shape in the middle. Otherwise, its a great place to stay.

The unit was very clean and the view of the water from the room was amazing. You can actually sun bathe in the living room with the door open in the evenings instead of the windy windy beach. Newport’s beach is long and flat so the wind was insane! FYI the beach access from the condos is closed and blocked off so we had to drive somewhere to get there. Walking in shorts to the water with the stinging sand hitting you wasn’t ideal but Brian Booth State park has Beaver creek which was amazing for paddle boarding. Overall had a great time and enjoyed the room.

We had a great trip. The room was clean and cozy with a great ocean view. There was an issue with the room, which was resolved quickly. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops. And it was just a short drive to the aquarium and the Hatfield Museum.

The feeling when you walk in is great. Really light, airy, decorated nicely with beachy soothing colors. They had a great assortment of items in case you needed them in the bathroom. We didn’t happen to need any, but it’s nice in case you forget any of your toiletries. The balcony and view are superb. It doesn’t get any better. Nice big windows all along the wall. I won’t focus a lot on this but there were some cleanliness issues, for which I got ahold of Vacasa, and they immediately responded. They came and cleaned the bathroom right away. We then noticed a few other things that I talked to them about and I think will be remedied. One was very dirty windows inside and out. My husband went ahead and cleaned them because it’s one of the most important parts of the room. The view was strongly impeded. I believe after our pleasant conversations back and forth by text that they will take care of all of it. I would stay again. Thanks!

Wow! We just got back from 3 days of solid relaxation. Didn’t have to drive the truck with so much within walking distance. We spent most of the time on the patio whale watching (saw 2). The studio was clean and the owner had everything you would need in place. Only suggestion is for instructions for the TV set up, Definitely will go back!!

Perfect spot
This was a perfect place for my husband and I. We loved watching the sunsets, boats, and people flying kites from the deck. It is walking distance from lots of great restaurants and a brew pub and beach access is fabulous.
