We rented the house for 3 weeks in January 2024. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool was amazing and it was so nicely heated. Concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the place was extremely clean. We would definitely rent again!

Our stay at this beautiful property was simply amazing! The house was very spacious, well appointed, and comfortable for our group of 12 ladies on an annual girls trip. Perfect location with beach/bars/restaurants within walking distance, but we spent a majority of our time at the house because it was just that enjoyable...especially the patio/pool! Tom was extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this house and Tom as a host.

I could not have wished for a better vacation experience. The property was immaculate. Tom was an amazing host. He was very responsive to inquiries about the property and provided a list of local places to visit. The house was so amazing we spent a great deal of time hanging out by the pool. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting IRB. I was with adult friends and family but the property is very kid friendly as well. I’m sure Tom’s other properties in the area are just as awesome. I’ll be on the lookout for available Florida Paradise properties every time I visit the area.

This house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 8 adults and 6 children (under the age of 8). We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and kayaking. The golf cart was a great addition to a beautiful house and made trips to the beach and out to dinner a breeze. The owner Tom was easy to communicate with and the information he provides before check in was a great resource. Highly recommend!

A spontaneous getaway to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach brought me and my family to this wonderful home to enjoy for a few days and it was truly 5 stars! The house is light and bright and located in a safe feeling, lovely neighborhood. Our favorite place (where many great memories were made) is the outdoor area with an enviable heated pool and plenty of comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Communication with the owner was easy as was the check in and out process. We look forward to returning!

Perfect stay for our family with kids 19-24…everyone had their own space but there are wonderful common areas! The pool is great, easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach..kayaks were awesome. Lots of fun restaurants and bars in the area. Tom was an excellent host, we will definitely be back!!

Property has all the amenities needed for a large family gathering. Close access to the beach is a bonus. Owner responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommended.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Tom was extremely responsive, reliable and helpful. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. The pool is heated and so nice. We were on a girls trip and every single person was thrilled with the house. The golf cart is fun to have too! HIGHLY recommend!

Everything was perfect. The open layout of the home, the large bedrooms with privte bathrooms, the gorgeous heated pool, and the amazing view out into the bay could not have been better. The property was very clean and obviously well maintained. We couldn't have had a better experience. And Tom was excellent - very responsive and kind.

Friends and family gathered to celebrate my son's 40th birthday. The Indian Rocks Beach house was absolutely wonderful! As is the owner, Tom. I've rented several homes over a handful of years and Tom is by far the best host! Timely, professional, gracious, etc. His Welcome Guide app is awesome and covers all aspects of the Florida Paradise rental house. The house itself is beautiful! The decor is a calm/beachy vibe done so very tastefully. The pool, decking, furniture is all top notch. And did I mention clean? I was most impressed with the level of detail spent on cleaning. The location is absolutely perfect for beach going folks - a short walk to the beach; or a quick minute in the golf cart gets you right there. All aspects of the property absolutely met with how it is presented in the online rental profile. We all enjoyed our stay at Florida Paradise and definitely would stay again!

My brother and I (along with our families - 10 in total) thoroughly enjoyed the property, amenities and surrounding area! We came to celebrate our niece’s wedding so had a lot of extended family in the area coming from Indiana, Chicago and San Francisco. The house was perfect as a landing spot, kayak launch and gathering area for cousins and the like to relax and re-connect. We all used the golf cart to dart to the beach, surf shop, Keegan’s, ice cream shop and anywhere else within reach…it is a perfect addition to the property!! Tom is a wonderful host and the communication was impeccable! Top marks across the board!!

Wonderful house for a 3 generation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Lots of room for everyone to relax and have a terrific time. Everything was great, including our host. He was on top of answering all our questions and requests. Tom puts together the best guide book. Hope to get back there again.

We had a group of four couples for a long holiday weekend stay. The location is perfect. A quick ride on the golf cart to the beach or to grab breakfast at the amazing Paris Bakery. The house was clean and had everything we needed (beach chairs/towels…). The pool is perfect for entertaining with a lot of seats and easy entrance. Tom was extremely responsive and flexible. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Everything was wonderful! Host always available to answer questions, house was super clean, and plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed also. Teenagers had a great time fishing, swimming, beaching, and golf carting. Plenty of options for restaurants and fun nearby. Such a great little beach town!

Great Stay for Our Group
We had a great stay! Everything was clean, check in was a breeze, and such a beautiful location. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get to the beach, but it was only a few minute walk without it. We had a variety of ages and everyone had a fabulous time!

65th Birthday Celebration
The house is beautiful. We had 6 adults and 4 kiddos in our party. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the pool. It is in a very good location and close to everything IRB has to offer.

It was super clean and the layout of the house is amazing because everything is on one floor except two bedrooms. Fabulous home!
Beautiful home that has just been completely renovated with a nice pool and deck. Quiet neighborhood, great for walks and very close and easy access to the beach especially with the fun golf cart. Tom the owner is awesome.
