The house is beautiful , well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The setting is very special with the mountain outside. Drew was welcoming and very accommodating. We had a great experience.

This is the 5th year that my family has come back to Legacy Villas, and Drew's property has been the best. We enjoyed our stay the property was clean and had all of the needed basics and more. My kids loved playing in the pools in the evenings and Drew was very responsive to all of our needs. We are already planning our next stay and may even book an extra because our kids still have much more to explore in the surrounding areas.

We had a great time at this condo. It was so clean and very well stocked for a vrbo. The owner was super helpful and responsive. It was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again. The view off the patio was pretty and the condo was comfortable for us and our four kids.

I made a last minute decision to do a quick getaway... and boy am I glad I did! Ive been to the Legacy Villas a few times before but this home was by far my favorite! This villa is so spacious and beautiful (looks like an interior decorator styled the place). The pictures do not do it justice. It is so well stocked with everything you could need and I loved that it has tile in the living areas verses most of the other units are almost all carpet. Drew, the owner, was so responsive and attentive with all the details. I definitely would love to return.

This property is very well appointed with all the conveniences of home. It’s at the far end of the complex and the back patio overlooks the mountain. The patio has comfortable furniture and provided extra living space. There are two immaculate pools within steps of the property (many more available throughout property). The master bedroom is very comfortable with its own fireplace, French doors, firm mattress (which I appreciated) and huge bathroom. The overall complex is pristine with beautiful plants and fountains. Drew was easy to work with, very responsive and communicated clearly. We will be back!

Had a great experience staying at Drew's property in La Quinta. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was really clean, and overall, it was accurately depicted in the photos. Our friends also really enjoyed access to the community gym and pools.
If you're staying for Coachella, the shuttles were about a 15 minute walk away which was super convenient. The Villas are really private, security can be a bit overbearing at times, but otherwise had little trouble with the property itself.
Drew was really communicative and helpful throughout the stay. I had actually forgotten my wedding band at the house and he was kind enough to ship it back to me!
Would definitely recommend staying at his property.

My grandkids said this was their favorite trip! My grown kids loved the mountains and the pools! I plan on taking my other kids and grandkids here in the near future!

Drew was such an incredible host. We really appreciated his communication and flexibility. This place was perfect for our family. It provided access to multiple pools and other amenities, and we were able to have peace of mind by not having a pool in the backyard with two kids under 3 staying with us. The views from the deck were amazing and calming. Highly recommend! We would certainly book here again.

Wonderful long weekend stay. Kitchen well stocked; top of the line appliances. Great beds and linens. Very attractive and comfortable. Doesn’t have a rental feel, more like someone’s home. Loved access to clubhouse and pools. Drew was great to work with.

We’ve stayed at Legacy before and had a wonderful time! We loved the location of this unit - tucked in by the mountains, and two pools close, out the front door! Legacy is a great location if you’re looking to stay down in the Palm Springs area - grocery stores, shopping, etc nice and close!

This is one of the best properties in the community. Everything we needed was available. We loved the welcome guest package and took full use of the bikes and pool. The property is well clean and the host was great.

A Winner for an Extended Family Spring Break Getaway
Our group consisted of two couples and an 18 yr old with very diverse interests for a much needed spring break. The property could not have been better suited to accommodate us. Highlights include the great deck with a spectacular rock formation view. It was a favorite hang out for morning coffee sun and evening relaxation. We had easy pool(s) access and the gym got a "thumbs up" from our group's daily user. We had a hiker with us who loved the fact that he could drive just 9 mins to access a variety of hiking trails.
The actual condo interior was as presented on line. The interior living space layout was terrific for our group. Having two en suites was important to us even though one included a king and the other a queen. For the younger member of our party, he still had his own room and bath. The only call out was that the light colored bedroom carpets were definitely beginning to show signs of a busy high season.
Our host Drew was the icing on the cake. He could not have been more responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process.

Nestled in the Desert Mountains
My family stayed here for spring break and enjoyed it immensely. The home itself is comfortable and spacious, the kitchen well stocked, and the furnishings are lovely. What made it really nice was the little touches for comfort everywhere - bath salts in the master bathroom, coffee in the kitchen, cotton pads and ponytail holders in the second bath. There are even enough Thermoflask water bottles for the whole family - essential in the desert heat. There are two bikes - one with a cup holder - and a unicorn pool floaty that was the envy of the family pool. We got lots of compliments! =)
The best part, though, was the patio overlooking the mountains. This part of the Legacy Villas development is embraced by the mountains. The patio is shaded in the afternoons, and we sat outside without fear of sunburn, enjoying the view. We ate dinner outside almost every night, watching dusk creep over us and the stars come out. The kids made a game of looking for airplanes in the night sky. The villa is high enough that you can hear other folks walking the trail behind the house, but you can’t see them. Its very private. I highly recommend this property!
