From the very first communication asking about type of coffee to little details about whether or not there was a hand mixer, I was thoroughly impressed. FYI, there is a keurig with fully stocked coffee bar. There wasn’t a hand mixer, but the owner made sure there was one delivered the day of our arrival. The house is immaculate and so spacious. We had a large group over for brunch prior to the Bucs game and then walked to the game. After a nice dinner we had a great backyard and two living areas to hangout together. Six large tvs on property. More essentials than the majority of homes I’ve stayed in and just a beautiful,relaxing vibe. There is a rooster or two next door that like to say hello. I found it charming, others may want to pack a pair of earplugs. My daughter is a Bucs cheerleader so we will DEFINITELY be renting this home again. Thank you thank you!!!

Wow! This home is beautiful and had everything that we needed for a long weekend with family. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge. Nice addition of a bonus room with tv upstairs and they have created a lovely outdoor area in the back. Top of the line appliances in kitchen and laundry. Access to EV charger in garage. We were in town for a Bucs game and it was the perfect spot! Super easy, safe walk. Close to the airport and walkable to drug store and some local businesses and restaurants.

We chose this house based on proximity to Raymond James stadium (it’s walking distance). The house is fantastic - clean, comfortable, and nicely updated/maintained. Further, the communication with the property manager leading up to our trip was fantastic. My only comment would be that the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. To be clear, we felt perfectly safe/comfortable, but something to be aware of coming in. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend this property.

House is beautiful inside and outside. It's located a couple miles from the International Mall, the NY Yankees complex and Raymond James stadium. Owner provides a lot of little things that go along way, such as: coffee, a bottle of wine, trash bags, soap, and others. I would definitely book this home in the future.

My family and I were in Tampa for a wedding, and were able to stay in this wonderful home for almost a week. Everything from booking the place, to contacting the host for special requests, check-in process, questions during stay, and check out process was seamless. The house is a very modern home, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed and more. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a seamless, wonderful and relaxing stay. This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Everything was as appears in photos. Beds and living spaces were comfy. Walking distance to the Buccs stadium. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Cynthia responded quickly to any inquiries. Would happily stay here again if I ever return to Tampa.

Really enjoyed our stay, house is new and very clean. The host really paid attention to all the little details leaving the house stocked with any item we would have needed to really make our stay enjoyable. walking distance to stadium and 15 min to downtown. i highly recommend this property.

We had a group of 6 people. This house is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath. Had absolutely no issues renting this house. Cynthia was very responsive with the answers to my questions. Is only about 20 minute walk to Raymond James Stadium. I wish the house would have been closer to bars and restaurants. Needed to take an Uber where every we went, but I would definitely rent the house again if I'm ever in Tampa.

We had a great time at this property! I took all the ladies that work for me to do a variety of fun things in Tampa! The location was great and the house was roomy enough for us all! The upstairs has a TV area too which was a total surprise! I go to Tampa often as my brother lives close and I will definitely be staying there again!

Amazing property
Great property! Beautiful house very close to airport about 15 minutes and about 10 minutes from the mall. Everything was beautiful in the home and our group had an amazing time. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home!
My family rented this immaculate home to attend a family event in downtown Tampa. It is only 15 minutes from Tampa Airport as well as to Ybor City. The house was well stocked with basic essentials & the host was very gracious to leave a very lovely welcome goody basket. Thank You!
There are no negative comments with this rental- only positive comments. We particularly enjoyed the covered private patio area that has a grill & picnic table & benches. The master bedroom & bathroom (very spacious) is on the ground floor while the other 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are on the second level. As the owner noted in the property description, there is no street parking for any property owner in the neighborhood. Cars are parked in the garages or in the garage parking area. Certainly, if one had 4 large cars, parking would be tight but with our 2 cars, this was a non issue. We had a wonderful stay!

This house is perfect!! The decoration is sooo pretty, everything looks brand new and very clean! The appliances are top of the line and work perfectly! The neighborhood is not as pretty as this house but is close to everything so we didn't care, max 10 mins in car you could get to the mall, downtown, etc....
there is a publix 5 mins drive and many more places.
The hostess was very communicative, She was very nice and help us in everything we needed. We will definitely be back!! :)
