The property was great. It's in a great location and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the amphitheater and many restaurants. The only thing that frustrated me was that I booked on VRBO, but the property is managed by VACASA & my interactions with VACASA weren't good.

Everything was very clean! All appliances were in good working order. Having paper products available was a real help. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cookware and utensils. The location was convenient to Keystone resort, groceries and restaurants! We enjoyed our stay.

Well equipped kitchen, great having the laundry in unit, beds were pretty good. Spectacular views, and the undercover parking for 2 cars was a bonus! Pillows were flat as pancakes, need to be replaced. None of the instructions pointed us to the key that apparrently lets you in to the spa/recreation building, we found it by accident on our last night, too late to use it.

We loved the decor, amenities and how beautiful the view is from the balcony. The hottub and dry sauna were so lovely. The amphitheater and restaurants are a few minutes walk. Not one complaint from the 3 of us! We didn't want to leave!

This unit is newly remodeled and it’s beautiful. The location is absolutely ideal for getting around and the view of the lake is very nice from the very large patio. I would highly recommend staying there.

Close to amphitheater, marina and Arapaho Cafe (delicious food)! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with views of Lake Dillon and mountains. Very nicely remodeled bathrooms!
The only negative was that we couldn’t get the living room tv to work. Tried calling the management company but was a long wait time, so gave up.

Great location! The carpet and bathrooms are new and nice. Right on the bike path and up the hill from the marina which was perfect for our summer getaway.

My only negative comment was the long hold times (often more than 15 minutes) to reach someone at the management company. However, once we reached them, they were always helpful and courteous.

The location is central to the ski resorts and right off the highway. The covered parking is great. We stayed on the first floor before in this complex and the floors were cold. This unit is on the second floor so no cold feet. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms are nicely updated.

This condo is in a great location right on the water with a view of the lake. The town of Dillon has everything you need, dining, groceries, liquor restaurants, ski rentals, etc.. The condo interior is perfectly fine with everything you need to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. They have recently upgraded the bathrooms which is a super amenity.
My only suggestion would be to reduce the digital entry lock code from 10 digits to four. LOL. It became an issue trying to juggle equipment and have to bring up the combo on my phone. Small price to pay for such a great place.

This is a nice and spacious rental property in Dillon, within a very short walk to the amphitheater. There were a few minor cleanliness issues with the place, but overall it was great. There was a rowdie bunch of partiers in the complex who insisted on partying on their balcony until the wee morning hours. Also, bring your own soap. We were only given one small bar. And no shampoo or other immenities. Also wish they would be a little more flexible on the early check in. Otherwise, it was a great place and a nice expierence.

Very nice place with great views outside of lake Dillion and mtns ! Everything good and accurate as described except Hot tub was shut down due to Covid. That was only the downside everything else 5 stars.

Good place to stay and good location. Check in and other instructions were easy to follow. Good communication.

However, a couple of issues wish could get management attention:1) NOISE: for two nights on the row, both Friday and Saturday, there are young adults having parties from 10:30 pm until midnight. They talked aloud and laughed aloud. I can hear from both sites of the unit, which was extremely disturbing and annoying. On Sunday morning, I met a gentleman living downstairs expressing the same frustration to the noise and the parties. It seems we are not the only one being bothered.2) The access code is not working very well. At first, during the first entry, the original code was not working, and we had to call the management. Though the management reacted quickly by issuing the new code, it took us at least 20 minutes to get inside. The following two days, each time we had to attempts several times to open the door, which is not convenient. Wish is an access code that is easy to use.

Great location, cranky neighbors
Loved the location and the condo was very nice. The only negative was that we received complaints about our noise level, which was ridiculous. It was a Friday and Saturday over July 4th and it was well before 10:00pm. We weren’t being disruptive and it was annoying to get 6(!) texts from the property manager about complaints. Including saying security was being dispatched (which never happened). Very frustrating!!

Great (but COVID-19-shortened) stay!
Wonderful 2-bedroom condo - just a short walk to the reservoir, and a quick drive to the many ski resorts in the area. Clean and well laid-out, it served my two sons and I perfectly. My only regret is that the ski areas all shut down and we had to leave early! Would come back again in calmer/safer times in a heartbeat.

We (2 adult couples) so enjoyed our time in this cozy condo. The view was spectacular. We either drove or shuttled to Keystone and Breck, and even took a day at Vail, less than 45 minutes away. Kitchen well equipped for cooking (breakfast for us) and a couple of great places within walking distance for lunch and dinner (don't miss The Arapahoe Cafe). Gas logs made for nice evenings relaxing in the living room. We imagine this place will be equally lovely in the summertime, with the great views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo.

We arrived after a day of skiing and snow cold and ready to relax., but the key code was wrong and it became an unacceptable hassle to get the key code from TurnKey. We finally got into the rental and the ticket for the car to verify parking was no where to be found. The large trash can had no bag and there were no large trash bags. The master toilet sometimes loudly leaks through the flap. It could be a great place to stay but, too many misses after a terrible start.
