6 of us had to come to town to work the boat show at the IX center and chose this over a hotel. We had a great experience and this wonderful property. 1st class accommodations and service! A “blizzard” happened while we were there and the driveway was plowed before we needed to leave. Plenty of parking for lots of cars. Kitchen was really equipped for cooking and sharing meals! We already booked for next year!

We were visiting relatives for the holidays. This was a great home base for our visit. Comfortable and clean. Also loved the neighborhood and nearby parks for our dog walks!

Older home that has been nicely renovated. This house is on a lovely street. You would never know how busy the area actually is !! Long weekend with my girlfriends. We get together twice a year. Only suggestions, wine glasses are needed at the house.

Great location. Very easy drive to and from airport. Convenient access to all highways and turnpike. Homey atmosphere with nice yard for children to enjoy. One morning, saw a family of deers eating in the yard. Rooms were a nice size and kitchen was well equipment.

Our family stayed here during a family reunion week. It is convenient to a lovely playground, city pool, restaurants, grocery stores and parks - most within walking distance. The house contains a roomy refrigerator; large size modern washer and dryer; spacious yard; and lots of pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc. The host was immediately responsive to our inquiries during our stay. This is our second stay in this house and we plan to rent it again in the future.

This property is 20 min from Cleveland, and a very short walk to an amazing park! We were there for a week and had so much fun! Uber eats delivered without a problem. The house was clean, and well stocked with towels and plates, silverware. It was just right for our family vacation. We will definitely recommend it to friends!

Excellent walking (25-25 minutes) to center of town, shopping, pool, library, concerts at Kulas Hall.
1 full bath & one 3/4 bath. Kitchen well stocked with cooking vessels, flatware and tableware. Full size electric range, smallish microwave.

Great property in a wonderful area convenient to a beautiful park and adorable downtown area! It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable

We were in the area for a week due to a family member having surgery at Fairview Cleveland Clinic. Dan was exceptional. He was very prompt at answering my messages. He had to stop by the house to meet a landscaper and he notified me the times he would be there.
The House was really clean and was as the pictures depicted. It was nicely decorated and comfortable, making our stay much nicer.
The neighborhood was very nice and safe. Just a short distance to a nice park.
We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We have stayed at this property before and had a good experience. The new managers have made some enhancements and the house seems to be much cleaner than previously. The property is a charming older house and within walking distance of downtown Berea.. We will definitely be back.
