We had a delightful stay at this charming cottage in Mashpee. It's perfectly located by the ocean, and blends modern amenities with cozy comfort. Clean and well-equipped, it provided everything we needed, including easy beach access. A wonderful experience despite some rainy weather! Can't wait to return.

We will be back. The cottage couldn’t be in a better location. Steps to the private beach which made it easy for our young family. Included all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. Beautiful community with lots to do. Interior was very modern and had everything our family needed.
Host was very responsive.

Access was easy and the cottage was as advertised. Ocean views are there from a few of the windows but not while sitting on the patio. Great appliances and bathrooms. Super clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately our weather was not great but we still had a wonderful stay.

We’ve been to Maushop Village for 5 years in a row…this is our absolute favorite house that we’ve stayed in. All the appliances and finishes are top notch, there’s reliable air conditioning throughout the cottage. The location is THE BEST….just across a small street to the beach. And the cottage “just feels wonderful”, and it’s just a perfect size for a family of three or four. Maushop village is a wonderful, safe, beautiful, quiet community right on the ocean…it’s just a dream vacation…especially in a quaint, beautiful, comfortable cottage like this one.

Excellent property and location. View of water is amazing and neighborhoods are so quiet this time of year. Close to restaurants & shopping, and fully equipped, with the exception of body wash/soap.
Only negative is our cell coverage was slim to none there & we had trouble getting on the WiFi the night we arrived. After meeting with the host the next day, we realized the network name & password are incorrect on the Vrbo email I got!!! That needs to be corrected. It was frustrating, as we could not work without the WiFi.

We have stayed in several of the cottages in Mashop Village. This by far was THE BEST!

I was notified by the owner the day of check-in that the unit needed windows and wasn't available. We could switch to another unit or cancel our reservation. Called VRBO - useless! No choice but to take the other unit which was not as good for us. The original unit was occupied so the window thing was not true. Multiple description/honesty issues. You've been warned.

My husband and our 12 year old daughter had a great family trip to Mashpee. The house was perfect- had everything we needed and was lovely. It made it a very relaxing, easy and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

Excellent ocean views; 200 steps from private beach - kids loved counting the short walk there, as well as biking to the market place for ice cream (or and adult walk to the bar). Wonderful for families, cples or friends . The property manager was easy to reach and very kind. We look forward to staying again nx yr.

Beautiful Retreat
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and charming. The Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and linens were abundant. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the proximity to restaurants and other amenities. Communication with the host was very good. Would highly recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the Cape. House was super clean and decorated well. It had everything that we needed. Owner was great to work with and super responsive. I would highly recommend this unit.

A cottage by the sea
We enjoyed our week in this pristine and comfortable cottage. Beautiful sound views amid the first signs of true springtime on the cape. You will enjoy cooking meals in the high end and well-appointed kitchen. The thoughtful and attractive renovation makes this a great place to unwind and take in all Cape Cod has to offer!

We’ve been visiting Maushop and the cape for over 30 years, staying at rental homes and hotels. This cottage was the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of relaxing at. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen w/ wine fridge was a wonderful place to cook with friends..
