The location with the water in sight and quiet. The screened porch was a delight.

We loved the high ceilings in the living room with view, screened in porch, and private location.

The location and view of the bay from this home is beautiful! We loved sitting outside and enjoying the sunsets. The home is definitely on the older side and the no A/C can be tough some days/nights. We loved having access to the kayaks and like I said before, the view made up for the No A/C. Enjoyed our stay.

This home is in a beautiful location and has updates appliances and bathrooms. It is tired. The furniture is lived in and the home feeling is rustic and lived in. If you are after the beachfront/waterfront location and don’t need space to hang out comfortably this is perfect.

Really quiet like the cape was years ago. I'd absolutely stay in this place again. Kitchen was great, a bit rustic again cape of my youth . Super pleasant stay and tons to do for all ages

I stayed in this home with a few friends for the Falmouth Mayflower Wind Marathon Weekend. We all enjoyed the space, the location, and the old Cape Cod vibe of this great cottage. The large kitchen was well appointed, and the view was peaceful and beautiful.

Was a beautiful family vacation home at one time.
Filthy furniture, rusted bath rod and any metal in house, dirty and decrepit furniture inside and out, precious books molded.
Baths clean and bedding clean thank goodness. Uncared for gardens and flower boxes. A terrible shame!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and roomy. The location was perfect! The view of the water was awesome! Would highly recommend.
