My husband, 3 babies and parents came to Granby for a wedding. This house perfectly accommodated all of us comfortably. Each bedroom was nice (having Netflix was a nice touch!) and ample closet space. Overall, the house was nice and we had everything we needed for the weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain 360! The house was so lovely and views were perfect. We also enjoyed the proximity to Ski Granby Ranch. A wonderful stay and experience for spring break!

This mountain house has everything you need for a mountain get away. The beds are comfortable, the couches are big enough for your whole group to watch a movie or show & the views are AMAZING! We love staying here & have made it an annual girls trip.

We enjoyed our weekend stay in May 2022! The home is beautiful, clean, and comfy. The hot tub was not working which was our greatest disappointment, due to the fact that it was a reason for booking this property and we were assured two weeks out it was working!

This house was the perfect layout for our family of 9, beautiful views and we loved the hot tub. The queen mattress in one of the basement bedrooms could definitely be replaced, since it sinks to the middle when two people are on it. The main downfall of this house is that it is located in a developing neighborhood, and there is construction of houses all around it, including one right next door. It sure would have been nice to have known about this beforehand. They were even paving the street the house is on, which caused us to leave much earlier than we were planning the day we were checking out. We still had a great time since there is so much to do in that area. However, it was not peaceful during the week days, and once again, a heads up on that would have been appreciated.

The inside of this home is just as pictured. It had plenty of space for our group of 10. The beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen items and even with no a/c we were comfortable. The current state of the neighborhood does not match the pictures. They are building ALOT of homes right now and the construction is very loud. They are currently building a house very close next door which prevented us from enjoying the patios outside since the construction workers were literally right outside the home. It also made it loud inside the home with having to have the windows open due to no a/c. I feel like this should have been disclosed to us ahead of time since being woke up at 7am by construction next door is not idea on vacation. The home and area are beautiful but we would have most likely chosen a different area to stay had we known about the construction.

Large, beautiful and cozy home with amazing views from main level. Easily accommodated a family of eight. Very close to Granby ski slopes and a short drive to anywhere else. Hot tub worked perfectly the entire time. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Mountain Home
Overall our stay was amazing. The space was just as photo'd. The kitchen essentials were a bit lacking/worn and really NO toys for toddlers and home overall not toddler friendly. But gorgeous and fun. No air, which is a challenge in late summer and I'm fairly certain not advertised. We were notified shortly before the trip though.

We loved this home. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated & well stocked. The beds are incredibly comfortable with plenty of extra pillows & blankets should you need them. Although there is no air conditioning, even in July the house was easily kept cool & comfortable by opening the windows. The hot tub has a ton of jets & heats up quickly, we used it frequently throughout the week. The view from the balcony is beautiful and we saw several deer up close in the yard throughout the week. Location-wise, it's an easy drive to Winter Park, Grand Lake and the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. There are a ton of family oriented activities in the area and a grocery store right outside of the neighborhood. We had a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay, but property management was responsive and worked with us to solve those issues quickly. It is a lovely home and great location -- we would stay there again if we returned to Granby.

Beautiful home with great views
This house is such a find!! It is a bit closer to other houses than the pictures reveal. The amenities are spot on and there is plenty of room for a group. Beautiful views from the deck. We arrived to bottles and cans outside the hot tub and a broken coffee pot. TurnKey responded quickly to our concerns. And I am awaiting their refund for not being able to replace the coffee pot which I am sure they will do. The hot tub stopped working the second day but again quick respones.

This is a lovely home with a lot of potential. However, the local management & cleaning company have failed the owners terribly. There were numerous issues, from a broken dishwasher, garbage disposal (which smelled from food already in it), microwave and garage door (only one is accessible), to filthy vents, floors, the couch, old food in cabinets, & unopened beers strewn about the area near the hot tub (which was in good condition). I had to contact Turnkey numerous times, finally had a handyman come out. He was shocked at some of the issues we encountered and thankfully left us some toilet paper (since we ran out). This house has been neglected by local management and its a shame. If they fixed the mountain of problems we encountered, we would absolutely be back again!!!
