The home was immaculate, the manager was amazing, the whole experience was really incredible. I stayed here with my cousins and best friends and their kids. It was 3 adults, 4 kids ages ranging from 6-17 and everyone had the best time. It was our first time in fire island and we will definitely come back and for sure reach out to the owner to rent here again. The house was AMAZING. Thanks for the memories!

The property was located perfectly for our group of 10, short walk to town and quiet enough to enjoy our morning coffee and sunsets before we went out. The pool was amazing... even in the beginning of June and and the outdoor shower even better!!

The house was perfect for a 2-family vacation: enough space for all 8 of us without ever feeling crowded or lonely. The deck space is gorgeous with the pool. Having Sonos available was a nice touch. David was available to answer questions whenever we needed any information or help. It’s a short walk to the busy part of Ocean Beach with all the restaurants etc but far enough to get away from the noise and crowds. Loved it!

This was our first time in Fire Island and Dave’s communication was superb. He gave us a lot of information regarding shipping items and restaurants. The house is newly renovated with chic decor and an amazing heated saltwater pool. The house has a nice, comfortable open layout with 2 tv rooms. Large casual dining table and plenty of counterstool space. Large bedrooms. Deck off the 2nd floor master perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or sipping a cocktail. Plenty of bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs and big cart to carry your stuff. We enjoyed the house very much and would recommend it!

Gorgeous, freshly remodeled home with lovely bay views throughout. A very comfortable house. Communication with owner was great - he was extremely helpful and responsive.

We had a fantastic time at this house. We booked it for 10 days, and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was recently completely renovated, and also has a beautiful new saltwater pool. The location is very convenient on the bay side of Ocean Beach, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Nothing to complain about!

This vacation experience was THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. From the scheduling and planning until the day after we returned home. David was beyond amazing and helpful every step of the way. He went above and beyond any other property owner I have ever met. He truly cares about not only his home, but about your family’s experience. He was always available via text or phone to answer any questions we may have had. He was very helpful and accommodating. The house was even more beautiful than we expected!!!! Immaculate is an understatement. The linens were beautiful. The towels were plush. And the beds were soooo comfortable, we slept so comfortably. The air conditioning was amazing too. The pool was fantastic… having a heated pool on Fire Island was amazing. It was so clean as well. We loved the Sonos music feature outside whenever we were using the pool… it gave “resort vibes” all day. The views are incredible…. The sunsets are especially amazing from the upstairs balcony. I laid out there at night just to star gaze. I could go on and on. There will never be enough words to describe this house or this experience. David really made us feel as though we were close personal friends of his who he allowed to use his house.
