Condo was well stocked and roomy, location to the pool and beach was perfect, cleaning lady and owner were very friendly! The added baby items was a HUGE bonus! Thank you!

This condo is so inviting and cozy! Our family of 5 had plenty of space, and it had everything we needed and then some. The owners are thoughtful and accommodating to their guests and pull out all the stops with little things that made all the difference; beach towels, laundry soap, pots/pans/baking dishes, travel hair dryers, wifi, etc. It was worth every penny!

Check in was great! We were allowed in right after the cleaning was complete. The location was perfect. We could sit on the patio and watch the children play in the pool. It was so convenient. We were missing a blender and the owner had one delivered within an hour. Customer service was the best! We hope to stay here every year with our family.

You could not have better access to both the swimming pool and the beach. Condo is equipped with everything you need and some extras!
We had to fix the lint trap on dryer. There was so much lint clogged in the space that the filter wouldn't go completely down and the clothes were getting stuck on the edges of it. Once we fixed it, the clothes dried fine.
You may want to bring your own iron. The one provided has the markings worn off. Therefore, you can't see the settings and have to guess about the iron temperature. The biggest deal is that you must be careful, because it leaves black marks on your clothes.
The cable didn't work the last two days of our stay. Luckily, we were able to watch TV on our phones.
Overall, the condo was comfortable and the owner provides a fast response time to inquiries. We would recommend.

Our condo and it’s location to the pool was fantastic! With children under 5 not having to use an elevator was such a time savor!
Our condo had everything! All cookware and bakeware you will need, spices and oil. It had dishwasher detergent and soap. Laundry soap and dryer sheets. Charging stations in every room. Games and books on the area. Everything! It really came with everything!
We came 2 years ago and stayed in a different condo that didn’t have all this so we felt like this time we got the Royal treatment! They even provided a roll away bed for our teenage grandson which was a real blessing.
I would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again! It was wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Destin at the condo. There were several good restaurants close by, and the beach service was a great perk. Would definitely recommend.

The condo is beautiful. It comes with beach toys, beach towels, and even games and toys that my kids enjoyed. The ease of the access to the pool with kids was a game changer. The host was incredibly nice and was there to answer any questions I had. We would love to stay here again in the future

We had a great time here. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. The location of the unit is extremely convenient, close to the pool and beach. Perfect for the kids who like to go back and forth. Communication with Gretchen was easy. It was all perfect for a family vacation!

Wonderful clean condo. The location is nice and the condo is very well stocked with everything you could need. Only negative thing I could add which has nothing to do with the condo is that the pool is way to small for the size of condo complex. Excellent week spent in fort walton. Will definitely return.

Very very clean!
This condo is very clean. The provided towels and blankets were washed and did not smell like in other condos. We will keep this place on our list to stay at the next time we decide to come back to the Destin area! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

The entire process was extremely easy! Gretchen was great to work with and very helpful. We were very happy with our condo, had no troubles getting in, everything was clean & cute just like the online pictures. It was very handy to be close to the pool & the beach especially with having little kids. We loved our little home away from home and will definitely be back!

The new owners have wonderful communication and allowed us in a little early as the room was ready. That’s was greatly appreciated after a long trip down.
As far as the condo, it’s beautiful and tastefully decorated. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. It was well stocked with anything you could want or need.

Extremely convenient and comfortable with young children
We stayed in Gretchen’s condo for spring with our four year old twins for spring break. Gretchen provided excellent communication and the condo was clean, comfortable and extremely convenient with our four year old children for a beach vacation.
Having very young kids that do shorter stints between time on the beach, the pool and inside- this condo could not be more user friendly.
