Beautiful clean house within walking distance to the beach. 2 pools in the development that always seemed empty ( with lifeguard on duty ).
Well stocked kitchen. Kitchen appliances seemed relatively new. Great sitting area in the back! My grandson loved the supersize dollhouse!
Only negatives were that you had to buy soap and paper goods ( after “starter goods “ which were minimally suppled were exhausted).
Cleaning people forgot to clean under the beds and couches.
After looking at my review I guess a downgrade to 4.5 stars is in order.

We had a really nice time and great vacation at this home. It had tons of space and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great stay including plenty of things to use at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

last day service rep showed up without notice. Vasaca and then had service rep show up without notice. Really need better ac in room over attic. Overall would recommend. Nice easy walk to
Bethany.

Our first family trip to Bethany was anchored by this beautiful home. Everything was new, clean and the location + residential parking pass made each day at the beach a convenient trip. Our only challenge was that the washing machine was broken. We definitely recommend staying in this home.
