Stayed at the condo for a week in February with two adults and two college students. Condo was comfortable, clean, safe, new-feeling. The kitchen was well equipped. We skied Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail easily. While we didn't use the shuttle, it seemed to be there and ready to go on the hour. Definately would come back!

We had a great experience with our rental. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the primary suite was huge. Communication with the property management was easy and when there was a slight problem with the shower drain, it was fixed very quickly. The shuttle to the ski slopes was prompt and the driver was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed are recent ski trip to Breckenridge. Large well-maintained condo with plenty of room for our family of 4. Manager/owner provided great instructions with how to access the condo, with detailed directions to the property, along with a list of local amenities. They made everything easy from our end!

Good location for Breckenridge ski trip. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a problem with TV cable, called the customer service and the maintenance person came same day and fixed the problem. I will recommend this place to stay.

I am 73 and have cancer so I’m not able to get away as much I’d like so I was really looking forward to this get away. It began with being locked out of the unit for two hours then the next day losing four hours while the lock was replaced. The unit has good bones but needs updated. Later in the week wanted to soak in the tub but the handle for the hot water came off, this was a 10pm had to have a repair person come out, it was so disappointing. So much for a relaxing vacation, there were more worries here than at home. The management company would only credit $30 for all the inconvenience, how cheap and unkind.

This is a very clean, well-located condo-style space a couple minutes from Breckenridge and near Frisco and Keystone. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had one minor glitch that the property management took care of quickly. Very prompt response. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean and modern - no issues there. Only one parking pass per this unit, so friends had to park in downtown Breck. We never did get a parking pass and had to call property manager several times. Bed in guest room on queen bed slooped and lumpy.

Great place to stay. Was traveling with my elderly parents. Having an elevator was very important. Loved the carts available at front door to transport luggage up and down. Condo was clean and easy to access.

My wife and I were very pleased with this location. Nothing negative to say and we would definitely come back. It’s within 10 min to downtown and just a hair over that for other shopping in Keystone. The only thing about the password to get into the main entry is different than the password given to our room. We never received an email for that and I had to call to receive it. Otherwise not a big deal. Thanks for the pleasant room and ample space!

My parents & I stayed from a Sunday thru Friday and we really enjoyed the condo! It was nice having two levels, two bedrooms, two baths, a washer/dryer, a fireplace, and a lovely view! It was close enough to the mountain but in a quiet area! We loved our stay here!

The property was very nice and as described in Vrbo. The beds were all extremely comfortable. As some other guests have mentioned, the condo was very warm but we fixed that by opening some windows (January). There was no parking pass hanging at the entry to the condo as stated and the property management company didn't resolve that problem, but we were able to park overnight at the property without the HOA complaining. Would stay at this property again!

This cute apartment is near Breckenridge and very cozy. It has a beautiful set up and a gas fireplace which was perfect for those winter Temps! Will definitely recommend and return again!♡

We enjoyed our stay. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. We did have a couple problems with the blinds but were able to get them to work and stay together. Not walkable to town but a great experience overall.

Overall, really good property, just 2 miles north of town with easy access, kitchen has plenty of everything you need, just bring food. Was a very quick trip so we didn't get to stay and really enjoy everything this location offered, yet we did have a good visit and great family breakfast before vacating the property

Very nice property. Worked well for my family of 6, (4 adults, 2 children). Conveniently located to attractions. Property manager was very responsive to email. Internet didn’t work initially, they quickly resolved the issue. Also answered a question at 1130pm when I had trouble getting into the house (issue was totally my fault, but they immediately responded and got us into the home, they were also very nice about it!) House was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of space for everyone.

My family of six absolutely loved our time at this lodge. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views. Everything was clean and inviting, and made for a perfect spot to relax after busy days adventuring around Breckenridge.

Very detailed check in and out process, which made it hassle free.
Unit was a little to warm, making it difficult to sleep at night even with windows open and ceiling fan going. Unit was supposed to be equipped with 3 fans, only 1 available.
However, owner did get us fans after reaching out to them.
An extra pillow in the closet had a blood stain on it.
Unit was was cozy and stocked with all of the essentials.

Great proximity … poor building design
Did love the proximity of the place… but that’s where it stopped.
Breckenridge is a great place to hot tub… was highly disappointed that their hot tubs were boarded up. The temperature in the room was very hard to manage. There is no air conditioning and the master BR was at the very top of the building so you had a choice… it was either open the windows and have to listen to all the traffic from the main road going in and out of Breckenridge…or be in an 80 degree room.
Will be my last choice of places to stay in the future.
