Amazing location, updated condo and very responsive host. Perfect for families and convenient to everything. Especially enjoyed the easy walk to community pool and long lake view from the lanai.

Great location. Love Pelican Bay and this property's location to everything. That said, the owner needs to do some serious work. MBR is 2 twins pushed together attempting to create a king bed. Doesn't work. Appliances and amenities all need to be brought into the 20th Century. Rust everywhere. Extremely low end furniture, etc.. all of which could easily upgraded. Had issues with the TV's due to the last renters not taking care of things and should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Linens, towels, kitchen ware, etc.. could easily be upgraded. The bikes were a nice addition, and although old were sufficient. Simple supplies like soap or bodywash for the showers, laundry detergent, etc.... were non-existent and we purchased all of it and left it for the next renters. Again, great spot, just needs some attention.

Just spent a month in this wonderful condo and did not want to leave. Property manager was super attentive and the access to a private beach with free chairs and umbrellas was such a plus. So many places to take in the surrounding beauty while walking and convenient to more restaurants than you could ever dine in.

Lovely neighborhood, safe, quiet, walkable, great view of lake. Walk or bike (provided) to shops, restaurants, Publix. Hostess responsive and helpful. Cooking equipment and dishes were marginal for people like us who like to cook. Bed in Master bedroom was uncomfortable for two reasons. It was actually 2 single beds pushed together but the singles were of slightly different heights so there was a drop-off in the middle (this would be okay for partners who like to sleep separately but didn't work for us). Second, the sheets were very thin 100% polyester. Some people might not mind but we would prefer cotton or a cotton blend of higher quality.

Very responsive owner. We needed some backup with the locking device, and the owner quickly assessed the issue and brought extra batteries. We also had a brief power outage due to a storm, and when the internet was shut down, the owner gave us the sage advice of unplugging and re-plugging in the WiFi router. When we had guests for the day, the owner arranged for 2 more guest passes for the tram to the beach.
The condo was very clean and well-equipped. It is very convenient to all of the local amenities, the pool was great, and we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience!
My husband and I stayed here for the months of Feb and March. What a nice place to escape winter! Cindy, the owner, was so nice to work with. She responded immediately to any questions we had during our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as an additional small fridge for beverages. There were beach towels, two bikes, and even a beach bag. The lanai has a really lovely view of the lake which has a walking path around it.
Pelican Bay is especially great if you enjoy the beach, because with your guest passes you can hop on the trams to take you to their own beach where chairs and umbrellas are complimentary. There are restaurants at each of the two beaches as well.
I highly recommend this unit.

Location is great to visit all of SW Florida. Pelican Bay amenities are very nice - walking paths, beach, restaurants.

Pelican Bay
We loved the location for our stay. Our condo was immaculate and had pretty much everything we needed. Cindy, our host, was more than gracious and had provided items such as coffee, treats and basic needs. Our unit was super easy to find and very accessible to the pool and to the common to catch the trolley to the beach. We love the area and hope to come back!
