The unit was the best stocked with everything we could need for a perfect beach getaway. The new decor was lovely and the relaxing beach colors perfectly set the mood. Wonderful views. Amelia Island is beautiful and shopping, eating and sightseeing in this unspoiled area was great. Try horseback riding on the beach!

The property was clean and the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever stayed in. Everything was as described and management company was super easy to work with and responsive. Very comfortable and well maintained. Would stay here again. Only thing we wished we had were tennis rackets and fishing gear.

The condo is well taken care of and has nice touches throughout the unit. Nice quiet area of the beach with a gated parking area for your vehicle. They also have an elevator, which was great since we were on the seventh floor. The only issue we had was that the ac could not keep the unit cool on a constant basis. We kept the ceiling fans on and curtains pulled and the unit would recycle but it would still get warm during the night. Regardless the condo was beautiful and we did enjoy the sounds of the waves at night when we went to bed. We will definitely be back!

This property was absolutely perfect in every possible way .Ocean front location with comfortable balcony furniture were ideal for relaxing. The condo furnishings were beautiful in every room and had the most extensive supply of equipment for the kitchen! We were very happy staying here and would gladly return.

This condo will not disappoint. It’s very clean, well maintained and in a perfect location. The property managers proactively reached out to verify and confirm our stay and we’re very accessible. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that the pictures of the unit online were totally accurate! We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It worked perfectly for our family of four, including two teenage boys. Wonderful location. The beach is beautiful and clean. So many restaurants nearby in the historic district. Easy to navigate the island in our rental. We hope to come back again!

Gorgeous condo!
This was a beautiful condo, had every amenity from beach chairs, towels, kitchen cookeware, ice maker, carts (near elevator)to bring things up to the condo), etc. The whole place was immaculate and the decor was amazing! Plenty of hooks in the bathroom, one of my must haves, lol:) We were there for a workcation and there was a nice sized desk and super huge computer monitor, lots of plugs and USBs everywhere, too! Very quiet, walls must be very thick, we didn’t hear anything outside there the whole week! The view from the patio with very comfortable seating ( I prob sat out there reading and napping more than on the beach even, lol) was amazing, sunrises every morning (sunsets seen out the front porch, that view was nice, too) had the most fabulous beach view and you can see the pool and beach from there if you have kids you want to keep an eye on. The condo is next to the pier, a great spot to sit under in the shade while on the beach all day, and nice to walk the pier and hang out, especially if you like fishing, the beach seems to not be crowded on non holiday weekends, after the July 4th weekend, it cleared out and was hardly anyone there, really nice! Great location, some food places and stores close by in walking distance, and had no issues with food delivery, just let them know how to get in the walk in gate and they drop off right at the door! Issues: parking, we were able to find parking, but you sometimes had to park farther away, or across the street if it’s a holiday busy weekend, just FYI. The building is a little older, huge with over 80 units, the condo is on 7th floor with elevator, though the power went out for about 3-4hrs in the whole building, so had to take the stairs, thankfully not on our check in or check out day., but if you have a problem with stairs it could be an issue. The check in was a bit extra, you have to park outside the gate, walk in (use gate code)and go up to the condo to get the gate key that lets you drive into the complex. Food recs: Bantam and Biddy, Tortuga Jacks, Salty Pelican Overall, I give this place a high rating because it was super awesome!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was clean comfortable and well equipped with lovely sea views. It was also quiet even though the condo was busy. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and watching dolphins in the evening from the fishing pier.
