The home was stunning!! We really enjoyed our stay. Also, the property management team was very responsive to questions I had during my stay. I really appreciated the quick feedback. The kitchen had two runner rugs on the floor that were trip hazards because the ends curled up. Also, there wasn't enough toilet paper and no bar soap for taking showers. However, there was hand soap, but not enough to shower with. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay there!

It was a amazing stay and location and we created more memories as a family which is huge for us. The boat lift however didn’t seem to up to par and was very nerve racking getting our Barletta up and down as the lift needs servicing. Grease on the lift pipe is really needed along with checking the lift wheel and cables. This didn’t hinder though how great this place is or ruin any fun!!

Jun 2023 Twisted T rental: This home is gorgeous and they provided alot of extras. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. What a treat! The home was clean and had plenty of space. There were lots of towels and nice to have washer and dryer. There is a heavy duty float that hooks up to the dock that all the children floated on and jumped off of. It was a real treat. They also had the "corn hole" game under the house to play. It was also very nice to have the grill with full propane tanks. The space under the house is also generous. It was a great place to enjoy in the heat of the day or at night to play games on the tables downstairs or to rest in the hammocks. We've rented places before, but this was by far the best. We hope to rent again. The management company is responsive. Whenever I emailed, I always got a response within a couple of hours. On Sunday when I called, they had someone answer. It was only for emergencies and we didn't have that, so I emailed and got a response. I had called because the elevator didn't work, which they confirmed. We all got alot of exercise carrying things upstairs! All good. The deck overlooking the lake is large and we all enjoyed that too. It gets morning sun, so by midday we could sit outside under that fans and enjoy the view. Truly a treat!

Amazing time on the lake and the house was everything we wanted and more! One of the best houses that we have stayed at and would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for some time away at the lake.

The house was wonderful. Comfortable and fully supplied. With a beautiful view. We spent afternoons on the deck and mornings drinking coffee on the spacious porch.
We unanimously voted to return next year.

This home is absolutely lovely! It is so well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is new, clean, and comfortable. The family room and kitchen are spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice, and the outdoor spaces are perfect! We hope to return!! Communication was outstanding.

Your Comments The facility was very nice - beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. I would like to let you know that we never found the information about the rules and regulations posted on any wall in the house. I had to call the office and then I was texted the information which was extremely hard to read on a text. Had the information been on a wall, all of our people would have been able to refer to the information when needed. Everyone wanted to refer to that information when we were cleaning up getting ready to leave. Another problem was the largest bed in the bunk room was broken. Something underneath the bed was broken. The people sleeping there complained all the next day that they were not able to sleep and their body was hurting. They did not sleep there the second night. Also, a large boat trailer was in the way of our cars. When you say the property "only allows a maximum of 4 vehicles", is that inside the gates or does that include the area outside the gates? We had trouble in the kitchen because one drawer was almost impossible to open (the drawer with the skillets) because something was not allowing us to open the drawer. We had to gently open the drawer as much as we could to slip something in the drawer to move whatever was keeping us from opening the drawer. That took a lot of persistence and time but we finally got the drawer open. We also did not know if the mini lights and the colorful lights in the bunk room should have been turned off since they were on when we arrived. We did turn them off but we did not turn off the lights on the back porch because we were not sure how to turn them off. Over all, our experience was enjoyable. We were there for a family reunion in Horseshoe Bay so we were not there very much during the day. We were there mostly to sleep and eat breakfast before going to Horseshoe Bay.

Amazing house on Lake LBJ. Perfect for large families looking to dive right into the water and play games under the house. Great communication with the management team. Would love to stay again.

Perfect place for our family getaway!
Overall we had a great time at the Twisted T! There was plenty of room for everyone and the parents enjoyed having a king size bed and their own bathroom. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The upper deck was perfect for star gazing!
Unfortunately, there were items that were listed in the VRBO description (bluetooth speakers throughout the house) and outside amenities (kayaks and bicycles) that were not actually available for our use per the host. Additionally, there was food left in the refrigerator and freezer when we arrived (presumably from the previous renters). Despite these few issues, our family had a fantastic time and would definitely consider staying at the Twisted T again!
