Beautiful area, good view of the beaches and sunset’s. Beds comfy. Listing of channels for tv’s great but could be clearer as to what actual channels can be watched. Not all in group savey with gadgets. Also everyone with different equipment etc so guides on coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. Easy to walk to Walmart, restaurants.

We definitely enjoyed our time, there are a couple of things that needed some attention but nothing that was a game changer or that ruined our stay. We wished there was a lower table to eat at as we had a little with us, or having a high chair, and there was some sand on floor on arrival but, you definitely can expect that being at the beach. We would definitely book again!

Condo is very nicely decorated and is as the pictures indicated on the site. It is a very spacious corner unit and being on the first floor did not take away from the views and made getting in and out a breeze. We had 7 adults on our trip and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Appreciated the pool toys & beach chairs. One TV was missing a remote but one was delivered and programmed as soon as we called.

The condo was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 sons and families. Every door to enter the building was by code so I felt very safe. The condo was very well insulated as we couldn't hear any outside noise except for the occasional siren. Condo was well stocked with towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella and every small appliance you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a perfect stay at Grandview. The condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything that we needed. Warren Beach Rentals was very communicative letting us know everything in advance, i.e. check-in instructions and check-out instructions. We ordered from Condoconcierge to have groceries waiting on us and they said they were wonderful to work with as well. The location was in a less busy part of town which we loved and made it easy to access the east and west ends of PCB.

Only drawback, and its a minor one, the tv setup was confusing and hard to navigate! We had to use our phone hotspots to watch some sporting events that we wanted to watch. Yes, the unit has Wi-Fi but for whatever reason there must have been some restrictions set on the tv that we couldn't figure out!

The bunk room is too small for an adult (picture is misleading), we had a sugar ant problem, the condo was not clean when we arrived (sand in sheets), moldy shower curtain—however mgt was quick to respond and clean the place). The property is old and has ‘old building problems’. But the location was great and we had plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids.

The place was beautiful but I spent the second afternoon in the ER after the condo door slammed shut on my right hand. The door used to have a hydraulic closer on it … we could see where it used to be installed but it is no longer there. Someone opened the sliding glass door to the balcony as I was coming in which created a draft as I was coming in.

We rented this unit to get some quality family time during our spring break. It was the perfect place for us, there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the view was amazing.
There was a well stocked kitchen for when we wanted to cook, but we were also close to many nice restaurants.
I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. It was a perfect place for us to stay with our kids and grandkids.

We stayed for almost a week and had everything we needed. Closer to the beach, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, lots of fun things to bring to the beach and super clean!! Loved the balconies too sit out and see the town. Well be back!!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! Everyone had plenty of room, lots of TV's for when we were wiped out from the beach, and the fully stocked kitchen was awesome. The location was so perfect right on the beach. Cannot say enough good about it!

This property was perfect for us! My family of 5, my mother, and in laws stayed in this condo for a weekend gymnastics meet. There was enough room for all 8 of us comfortably and the location was perfect. This condo is on the first floor and beach is so close and convenient. The pool was great and there were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everything was clean and fairly updated-one if the window ledges was damaged but nothing that impacted our stay at all. The only real suggestion I would make is provide a few more towels and maybe a swiffer or something to help clean up.

Our experience with Warren beach rentals was excellent. The 4 bedroom unit was spacious, clean, and had several nice amenities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and even floats were provided. The building has unaltered views and easy direct access to the beach. We had 8 adults and 3 children in the unit and were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had the best time. Warren Beach Rentals was on their game. Our dryer went out the first night and they installed a brand new one the next day. Everything you need is included within the condo. Multiple beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, floats, and even an air compressor to blow your floats up! This is definitely they place to stay!

From the moment we walked in our group of 7 was blown away by the experience. There was room for all of us, the kitchen was spacious and well equipped, and the view from the deck was lovely. The property was just the right size for our family. We had plenty of room as only 7 of us ended up going. Our condo was on the first floor so easy access and fast elevator ride. Beautiful ocean views and close to everything you could possibly need or want.

Wonderful Stay
Property was great! Check-in and check-out was seamless. 10 of us stayed at this property, plenty of room and easy access to the beach. Several beach chairs are located in one of the closets. I would recommend this location and I plan on booking this location again in the future.

Clean and Relaxing
My family and I stayed in this condo and we had an amazing time. It was super clean and very spacious. There was plenty of cookware and utensils to prepare meals for my family of nine. The property manager was quick to respond with any question that I had. Would definitely like to stay again!
