The unit itself was just as described. Furnishings were comfortable. The unit was adequately dressed. On arrival the unit didn't smell nice. It was obviously cleaned but smelled not clean. The Unit is so neat and quaint, you can tell the things that were not cleaned. Coffee drips all along the cabinet door, dust under things, the dish washer had dish soap still in it's bag because who ever washed the dishes last didn't open the bag! So we had to wash all the dishes prior to using them. It's a Mr. Coffee not a Kuerig. Would be nice if the unit had more then four sets of things, kept having to run the dishwasher after each meal. I do wish the unit had simple spices/stuff and maybe couple of storage containers and a laundry basket would be awesome. One big issue we had is there is no vent in the kitchen so anytime we baked something the fire alarm would go off, which meant opening the window and fanning near the fire alarm! The building is older, the hallways smelled of old smoke, bit musty. Laundry room was down at the end of the hall and easy to access. The hot tub is indoor adjacent to the lobby, it was older and smelled musty as well. Overall the location was amazing, safe, shuttle bus stop was around the corner "TownHall Stop" Main St. is super cute. I would rent it again, My kiddo said, it felt like home.

The Condo was super clean and had all the amenities needed.I loved that it had a curling iron and flat iron in addition to a blow dryer. My only recommendation would be to upgrade to a king bed instead of queen.

My wife and I stay for few days, it is near ski areas, good restaurant around. I recommend Bagalis restaurant if you like Italian. The property management was very kind. The unit does not have thermostat but there floor heater in room and bathroom that kept the room nice and warm.

My wife and I had a great time staying here for a little ski vacation. Condo was super nice, as advertised. Great location just beside Main Street in Frisco.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice apartment with all the bath and kitchen essentials provided. The issue I did have is that there was no heater available and I messaged the host about this issue and there was no resolution. The warmest my room ever got was 64 degrees, There was a fireplace which I am not accustomed to using since I’m from Miami and a rental property is not the place for me to learn. There was a lot of outside noise from the wind blowing which interrupted my sleep as well. Overall it was a good rental spot only 20 min from Breck. However, there is room to make the experience better.

Overall very nice condo. Parking instructions were not correct and very tight. Also, how to get into the hot tub and where the lights are should be included in the welcome email. The condo was very clean and secure, great location!

My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Frisco, CO to see the hallmark town! It was an overall great location for stay. The downside was it was difficult to find parking as the neighbor next to us parked in 2 spots which ended up being ours. The property management ppl tried to help but it took 2 days for the guy to move his car. This was very frustrating and I think the property should emphasize to other guests to park in their own spot.

I was able to reach the property management and secure an early check in - 12:30 versus 4 pm. The Management of the property was very accessible. It was clean and in walking distance to everything. I love this property and will definitely be back!

Awesome experience! The condo was one street from Main Street so we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. Off-street parking stall was included. Condo was clean and updated. Great communication with property management. Very quiet and never heard any noise from others in the building. Loved that they had k-cups stocked so we could enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out each morning. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect sized unit for my husband and I!

Beautiful modern accommodations, very clean and comfortable. Disappointing that the hot tub and pool were not in service (even drained) and there was no mention of it in communications from management company. It should have mentioned on the site as customer is booking so a choice can be made.

The condo was great! My only complaints are that we could hear or neighbors through the walls and the check in location was difficult to find. We would stay here again!

Fabulous find!
This is a spectacularly updated little condo located just off Main Street in Frisco, within walking distance to a number of shopping and restaurant destinations. It's a super convenient location for hiking or skiing with Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge within a 30 minutes drive. The main building also offers an elevator and provides easy keyless entry. The property management team is top notch and very responsive - thank you! I'll definitely be planning another stay here!

Couldn't be better
Very comfortable, well maintained unit. Management was super responsive to text inquiries. Would happily stay again on a future ski trip. Parking spots are snug, so if you are in something larger than a midsize SUV, think twice.

The location is only 15-25 minutes to the ski areas. (Although traffic at the exits can be longer). It’s also waking distance to a lot of good restaurants.
Not really sure why they make you go to the office to check in as the door has a key pad and they can send you the code in the app/email and leave the packet in the room. Really not a big deal but just an extra step after a snowy drive on I-70.

Great location, was walking distance to everything on Main Street frisco. As soon as we got there, the space was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed also! Only issue we had was that the snowplow had plowed the majority of the snow that was in the parking lot, into our parking space but management took care of that the next day. This rental also had a keurig machine with 4 or 5 different choices for coffee so that was perfect. We are planning on coming back to this rental next year!

The place was exactly how it was listed online, everything was extremely clean and tidy when we showed up. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials, which was a huge help in making dinners. The location was perfect for a quick drive into Breckenridge, to go snowboarding. We would definitely rent this room again.
