Our family absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay! We appreciate Claudemir’s quick response to our needs. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable. We appreciate how close this place was to restaurants, mini golfing and the beautiful Cape Cod beaches! We would definitely recommend this place to others. We traveled about 8 hours and got to the property earlier then our scheduled check in. The host was very gracious and allowed us to check in early. The home was extremely comfortable and well kept. My family enjoyed the back yard and pool so much we spent our entire last day on the property. Just an excellent stay and Host ! Highly recommend !

My family and I stayed at this home for a week for our summer vacation on the Cape. The home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and outdoor space. The family friendly beaches that we went to were about 2- 30 minutes away, but there are closer beaches. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the Cape. The owner was very flexible with some changes that we had to make to our reservation and very responsive with any questions that we had.

We had a great stay here. Not sure what the one review saying there was a weird smell because we did not notice this. The pool and hot tub were perfect! House was very clean. Very convenient to restaurants and such in Hyannis but quiet little neighborhood. Host was very responsive but we didn’t really need much. Both kitchens stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Bathrooms very nice. Rooms were a good size for us. We spent almost our whole stay at the house since it was so comfy and had everything we needed to relax. Thanks for a great stay!!!

The first time staying on the Cape and we didn’t know what to expect or where to stay. We found this gem of a house and it was perfect. A lovely CLEAN home, with all the amenities. The backyard was perfection for our group and allowed for us to spend most of our time outside. I would highly recommend this VRBO and we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The outdoor space is beautiful - we loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. There are security cameras outside, but we were notified ahead of time and it was not an issue for us at all. The host is extremely responsive and helpful if you have any issues - plenty of parking, the home is clean and has plenty of space for large groups. Central air was a huge bonus to beat the summer heat. We hope to make this an annual trip!

We do not recommend staying here. We are a family with 3 young girls and there is a camera on the pool with a flood light. The airport and train are very close by so it was very loud. We did not like overall area and neighborhood. The upstairs kitchen is old. The downstairs looks nice, but smells weird.

This home is ideally located within minutes of restaurants, downtown Hyannis and the beach. We spent most of our time at the house and loved the outdoor space, specifically the heated pool. The host responded to my questions promptly and check-in and check-out were so easy. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to book again next summer!

Nice poor and outdoor setting
Overall a very nice house. The rooms are little small, but the outdoor setting is very nice and kids spend most of the time in the pool. Kitchen downstairs is very nice, and has everything you need, but the kitchen upstairs is a little old, probably needs to update. There are only 2 bathrooms , wish there is one more bathroom and a outdoor shower would be nice too. For these of you have kids and if they stay downstairs bedroom, pls be careful on the sharp corners of the beds. My kids and I bumped to them a few times and I have to wrap them with towels . Overall it was a good stay, will book again if the price is a little cheaper in the future. :)

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! It was perfect for a group of 12 adults. The location was a short ride to many restaurants/ bars, however we ended up spending most of our time at the house in the backyard because it was just such a great set up. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location in Cap… close to the restaurants and for us(5 minutes away from the Brazilian store). For sure, we’re going back there! The house is stunning, spacious and everything brand new! The hot tub was wonderful, the kids loved it! I really recommend it for large group, because everyone will have their space for sure!
