We were a group of 11 and the house catered perfectly to all our needs. The house is great for a large group and so much fun stuff for kids! Super close to the beach, just a walk over the boardwalk. Short drive into St Augustine. Communication with hosts was excellent. Would recommend and stay again.

My family with ages ranging from 3-65 stayed here for a week over fall break. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We flew, so the provided beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys were great. We’re out of the packnplay stage, but there was one there if needed. The outdoor spaces and proximity to the beach were the best parts of the house. The heated pool and surrounding chairs were great. The beach was across the street. Check in wasn’t until 4p, but they let us in at 3p, which was helpful. We would stay here again.

Booked this home for Father’s Day weekend and it was perfect! Beach is steps away and the backyard was fantastic! Everything you need was provided and we highly recommend.

Very impressed by this property. Lovely pool, hammocks and pirch swings. Putt putt and yard games, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, toys for entertaining for hours and steps to the beach access. The beach was perfect for young kids with nice tide pools, a big long beach and waves that varied for kids of all ages.
The property had every amenty and was very clean. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time in this beach house. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was an added bonus. The beach walkover was very close to the driveway. The beach is just beautiful. We hope to come back again.

We absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for a family reunion. So much included. The house has a warm and loving feeling. What a great place to celebrate my mothers life.

The house, decks and yard areas are great! The pool and back yard are super spacious and have all of the amenities you need...floaties, swings, hammocks, fire pit. The front yard putting green was fun for enjoying enjoying early morning sun. The guest rooms were all very nice and well appointed. The house has a beautiful living room, dining area and kitchen with new appliances and all of the cooking equipment you might need. We had a wonderful time hosting our family and friends over the course of 3 days and want to come back again to this very spot. Our hosts also made us feel very welcome and were ready to answer any questions.

We had an amazing stay! Butler beach is the best on the island. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and my kids loved the fire pit.

More than we expected, great location, sad that the county allows people to drive on the beach. Weirdly right next to sea turtle environmentally protected from harm. The owners of the property are not at fault for this oxymoron. The beach is wide and very beautiful! I just think its weird to share it with gas polluting vehicles which are the cause of global warming and strong hurricaines.

The house is perfect to spend a wonderful time with your family, this is the second time I have stayed in a house managed by the proper group (Nicholas Kiraly)and they have never disappointed me. The house is very well equipped, it has a beautiful balcony and patio With the pool they are even more beautiful, thank you very much for everything, we hope to return next year.

A new backyard project was nearly complete for our stay - it looks great! Large pool, new spa and public beach access a few steps from the front of the house.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our group of 8. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was terrific! The best part was how well stocked the house was with everything you would ever want at the beach, floats, beach chairs and a fully stocked kitchen. We also loved the balcony with the view of the ocean. Highly reccomend, we will be back!

Two houses from the boardwalk leading to beach and huge pool. Enough beds for our crew and decks with shade and sun. Loved this property!
