This is a excellent summer getaway rental. The check in process was smooth and I received updates everyday up to the moment I checked in and checked out. My family loved how spacious the unit was and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, griddle, and TVs in every room. The local Food lion was less than 5 minutes away so we were able to stock up on supplies and cook meals at night and watch movies. I will differently recommend this property to any big family and I would stay here again.

Condo was in great shape, very clean. Easy check in process. We particularly enjoyed the beach--not crowded, white sand. 10 minute drive to just about everything. Garage was a bit tricky to navigate. Overall a great experience.

All of the units are oceanfront and so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves crash as soon as you open the balcony door. Both this condo and the resort are clean and very safe. Security patrols the grounds constantly. We live in Myrtle Beach and enjoy renting here for mini staycations with the family. Great weekend.

We had a wonderful time at Island Vista! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again! The staff are very sweet and work so hard! We had a very amazing experience here!!

The resort is outstanding. The desk staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was exceptional. The condo was extremely nice and had everything one could want in the way of amenities. It was exactly as advertised. The only knock on it, is that it doesn't have it's own secured wifi. Since I was traveling on business, it's important to me. That said, I would definitely stay there again.

This newly renovated property is just as I expected from the pictures. Being stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location, you won’t go wrong with renting this condo. It suits us perfectly for our cousins time at the beach! Beach, sun, and great food. What more could you want! The only reason I didn’t. A five star overall rating is that the mattresses in the two Secondary bedrooms need to be replaced. The thick foam pad that is over it is not acceptable.

Great rental experience. This was my first Vrbo rental and everything went great - from check in to check out. Great communication with the rental company thru the entire process. Expectations were clear.

OMG!!! Amazing views, amazing pools indoor and outdoor. I was so pleased with the accuracy of the description and pictures of the unit and how well stocked everything was. Will definitely be returning to this one!!! Check-in and check-out completely effortless.

The Condo was beautiful, location was stellar sheets and comforter’s need's to be replaced immediately. I can say the comforter that was stained was replaced with a Branden new one. All the bedding needs to be replaced.

We are first time visitors to the Myrtle Beach area. We loved the location of this Complex and we loved this condo we were staying in. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the ocean and it is overlooking the pool. It was nice and comfortable for the entire family!

Beautiful view, clean condo, would stay again.
Property was beautiful, with large spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. Clean, and had a lot of what you need right there. The condo complex was great, beautiful pools and hot tub, friendly staff. Would definitely book again.
The only thing I would say is the pots and pans were not great quality- we like to cook at home, and that was lacking a bit. But otherwise the kitchen was stocked well with everything you need.
