We enjoyed our stay here. We were within walking distance of restaurants and the transit system. The a/c worked wonderfully and kept us comfortable. We were thankful to have been able to stay here.

The home was exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy and the location was very convenient to the PATH train. The house was very clean and had all the Kitchen utensils and items necessary for a comfortable visit. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location for what my family and I intended to do while there (Jersey City-area high school graduation and two days of sightseeing in NYC). Having arrived at night, I wasn't entirely certain about the neighborhood but after the second night I realized it was a safe area with locals going about their business all day with no concerns. The owner was reachable and responsive when I told him of our late arrival. The apartment itself was ideal for my partner, teenage daughter and myself with two nice-sized bedrooms. The one bathroom was sometimes challenging but certainly workable, especially given the price and less privacy of hotels. The only cons I can think of was the kitchen and bathroom was not cleaned fully (cupboards could use deep-cleaning; shower and bathroom floor had hair from previous visitor(?)) and the laundry room seemed like wasted space (perhaps make into another tv room or add pool table?). None of those items would not be enough for me to consider not returning. We enjoyed our stay overall, and definitely prefer staying here than in NYC and dealing with the outrageous parking prices!!!

The space was very clean, the kitchen, bedrooms and living area were immaculate. The only complaint we had was the lack of a grab bar in the bathtub/shower. My mom joined us and she has mobility issues, so getting in and out of the tub posed a problem for her. A simple grab bar would remedy this very easily. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend this location to any of our friends.

It was in a perfect location for us.... close to our family, a playground for the kids, and the path to visit the city. It was quite large so we could gather there for meals. The only negatives were there weren't very many glasses/silverware, so we had to run the dishwasher after each meal. Also, there wasn't any air conditioning. It was very hot one day (over 80). Luckily it was cool in the evening so we could open windows, but air while sleeping would have been nice. We definitely will book this place again if we visit anytime soon!
