We enjoyed the wonderful view from the balcony. Ocean Villa is our destination every time we visit PCB. Wish we could take the water pressure in the shower home with us!

Great location. Great view. Nicely decorated condo. Enjoyed the beach, pools, and spa. Appreciated use of the beach chairs (great value added). Rented a pontoon and visited seashell island. The entire experience was wonderful.

Loved the clean and spacious room. It was the grand babies first trip. Even though they won’t remember this vacation, we all sure will because they had the time of their life and we did as well.

The condo was exactly as described. It was pretty clean, although the beds in the second room had a lot of sand in the sheets that made me wonder if they had been washed. It does lack kitchen appliances. We did a lot of cooking so had to improvise. There isn’t any “extras” of any kind. Blankets, trash bags, soap, etc we had to get. The location is good but not real close to a lot of stores within walking distances. Views were spectacular. The host doesn’t reply to messages, so you’ll have to call the emerald coast place that rents it out for him. Overall, I’d recommend staying here! We had a great week.

this was our 2nd trip to Ocean Villa's but a different room this time. The unit was very clean and i could tell the owner has made some newer updates. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking in needs. there was plenty of seating in the unit as well as the balcony. the chair and umbrella service was a huge asset. only thing i didnt care for was you had to go down each morning to reserve a spot instead of being given a spot for the week to use. I would highly recommend this unit. we will definitely be back.

The location was great. The room was as pictured. The balcony was larger than I had expected. The cleanliness of the unit left a bit to be desired. The beds were all wrinkled when we arrived; we couldn’t decide if they were clean or not. The beach chairs with the unit were a great incentive for booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Just a few things to mention. The living room xfinity remote is missing buttons and should be replaced. The shower door in the second bathroom needs to be adjusted. You can’t open the glass door from the left side. Both sliding glass doors (living area and master bedroom) had smudges/finger prints. Maybe add some instructions for operating the TV in the 2nd bedroom. Other than those items it was a great condo, wonderful view and we would stay again.

Beautiful views, comfortable living space, and a large balcony. The only thing I would comment on is the amount of kitchen essentials. There were few dishes and utensils for a family of 6. Other than that it was great.

The building was clean and well maintained. Our unit #1604 was dirty, we had to buy new mop and cleaning supplies, the numerous floor mats were dirty and there was no vacuum cleaner in the unit.We had to mop the balcony and clean the dirt build up on the ceiling fans.The TV remote has seen its last days, Both patio doors would not lock(freed up with WD40).We would stay at Oceanvilla again but not in this unit.

One of the eyes on the stove didn't work and there wasn't enough cooling utensils and pots and pans but we went and bought what we had to have. I would like to see them make the parking garage there under the condo's handicap only! I had my 91 year old father with me and I would have to drop him off and go park across the street! The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful and the weather was absolutely perfect! I had no communication with the owner at all but I would like for you to let him know he needs to fix the stove and put more pans in there! Thank you and have a blessed day!

Pretty much Everything with this condo great. Only negative is Comcast remote had buttons not working. And no pizza cutter. Other than that it was great !

We had a great time and the condo is very nice. We would definitely stay there again. The only complaint we had was with the cleaning. We had to wash the sheets on one of the queen beds, there was sand in the bed. Also they had not vacuumed the living area, when we went to put down a blanket for the baby to lay on there were crumbs and dirt all over the rug. The other issue was with the free beach chairs. Instructions said to go in front of Ocean Ritzi and they said they didn’t have anything for Ocean Villa1604. We finally went to Ocean Villa and he gave us a set.
The condo itself was very nice and convenient to everything.

Beautiful property with a great view. Sadly towels that were dirty from the previous tenant were still on top of the dryer when we arrived. Aldo the kitchen cookware and spices needed updated. I would stay again regardless.

Beach Vacay
It's a nice condo. We had trouble getting the TV's to work. Also it wasn't as clean as it should of been. The rugs need to be replaced in master bath and entry they were dirty. When I reached out they were quick to respond and helped us.

Although the property manager (Jonathon Caldwell) was less than helpful, not emailing the check-in information or relaying the proper pricing for the rental, his staff was good at being proactive and getting us the information we needed (a big thank you to them).

The bedding had to be washed prior to use, The floors had obviously not been swept. There was a lot of visible mold in the master bath/shower; both in the tub itself, on the faucet and all over the shower curtain. In short the place was filthy and we spent the first 1/2 day of our vacation cleaning the unit enough to be inhabitable, using cleaners we obtained from Walmart. We never felt comfortable in the unit and we did not stay there any more than we had too. Our family, due to our jobs, only gets one real, time-away vacation per year and this year will go down as a huge failure - no rest or relaxation was possible in this unit.

we hade a wonderful time at ocean villa 1604. the only complaint would be the balcony floor is so dirty, feet were black the moment we touch it. I did mop it once and was a little better! Rugs could use some cleaning too but kitchen was well stocked for cooking in one night, beds were comfortable and couches and chair were nice.

This condo is beautiful and clean. The view is awesome!! The only complaint I had is that the kitchen definitely needs new frying pans and there were no bowls of any decent sizes to use. There was very limited dinnerware. It says that it will sleep eight but there was not enough dishes bowls etc. for eight people. They could use some new towels as the ones there are very small and thin. And the sheets on the king bed were very scratchy. But overall the place was very nice!! The check in process was not good, I had no information from anyone about the code to get in or the rules for the building. Need better communication with the rentor.
