The accommodation was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Claire was a great host. She kept in touch and responded quickly to any questions. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The area is close to hiking and biking trails as well as community parks with tennis and pickle ball courts. All in all an excellent months stay.

This property is fabulous. It was everything we imagined and more. It's close proximity to two beautiful little lakes which allowed us to walk every day. The best part about the experience was the owner, Claire. She answered every question promptly and made sure we were settled and asked if we needed anything. The property is well stocked with everything you need. This is definitely a 5 star property!!

The property was well kept and maintained. However, we had issues with the garage. It would not close at all, and stopped working for a period of hours. The host told me to wiggle the motor and that did not help. We eventually unplugged the motor for 5 hours and it started to work again. This was troublesome as we did not feel comfortable going to sleep with it open. And after the stay I received a message from Claire, the host stating that housekeeping informed her it was damage to the property and we broke house rules. I was informed that we left febreeze bottles next to the bed, accused us of smoking cigarettes and throwing a frat party.. which none of these statements were true except we did have febreeze bottles next to the beds. (Did not understand why she was upset about this) I went with my family, and my parents who are in their 60s. We were all shocked to find out what the housekeeper/host was accusing us of. We left the house very clean and As I said the house is well kept, but the accusations were horrible! If you choose to stay here record/take pictures before and after your stay so you have proof.

We were a group of 5 adults and this house was PERFECT! Check in was a breeze, and the house was exactly as listed. Plenty of extras in terms of condiments/shampoo/conditioner etc. Pool was fantastic, space was more than sufficient for 5 adults. Claire responded quickly with any inquiries and accommodated our requests without any issue (thank you Claire!!) We are planning to be back again in the new year and are already looking to book this location again.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time, the location was perfect and the house was even better. Everything we needed was provided and the house was immaculate, well decorated and felt like a home away from home. This house was super clean and very homie. Loved the location. Beds were comfy, pool was cozy and the space was great for my family.

Claire had the best communication, always responding right away with our questions. We felt at home during our stay!!

I rented this house for my Mom, Cousin, and Aunt for a week. I live in the area, but wanted to provide them with a pool since I do not have one. The house exceeded our expectations, was clean and the owner was very attentive and prompt with all responses. I'll definitely use this house anytime we have family that wants to visit, and we require more space, or simply want a private pool.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and modern. The pool is heated and a perfect size. There’s a Safeway, Walgreens, Papa John’s pizza, Subway, McDonald’s and good Italian restaurant five minutes away. Claire, the host, was super helpful and responded to all my messages right away. We had truly enjoyed this home. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Amazing serene house, with great family ammenities and homeowner was very attentive to assure our stay would be an excellent one. The day before we arrived, we received an email stating all the details needed for our stay at this house. We were given a keypad pin to enter and I must say that this detail of a pin pad was very convenient rather than worrying about carrying or losing house keys. We loved it. Once we arrived in the evening, the house was so nicely furnished, cool and so clean. The owner contacted us and quickly asked if everything looked okay. We told her about the Wifi being out possibly due to the winds and pool had debris in it and was a bit dirty. Claire went into action quickly by remedying our concerns by getting us experts to come fix the Wifi and clean the pool the very next morning. Claire called us again in the morning to make sure everything was in working condition. She quickly offered us some perks for dealing with some of the inconveniences.....in reality it wasn't too bad because she got everything fixed right away. She was very attentive and made us feel right at home. Some things we really loved about stsying at this house were: neighborhood park one block down from the house to get in some walks, Pool was beautiful and clean, games/ coloring books, sunblock, nail files, oatmilk, extra water, extra pillows, all linens throughout the house smelled great like in the commercials. LOL! Air conditioning was perfect! Garage was so convenient with a garage door remote. The office served as a video game room equipped with a nice little desk and coach for my teen son to unwind in after his baseball games. Overall this was way better than staying at a hotel..... it was a fantastic, relaxing space in which we plan to come back. Thank you Claire for your amazing attentiveness. This was a memorable vacation for our family in your beautiful home.

This beautiful home in the Estrella area was perfect for my family. With scenic views and easy access to all the Phoenix area offers, this home has it all. After unpacking and settling in, my husband announced that he could live here. He’s particular about where we stay, so that is a high complement!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in the delightful Estrella Mountain Ranch area. So often VRBO reviewers will say "the house was just as nice as the pictures". Well, truth is, this house is much nicer than the pictures. A new residence, it is immaculately clean and well taken care of. The owners provided everything we needed. Claire was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. In other words, this residence has everything you want in a vacation rental. We look forward to returning. We rate it a five out of five.

Claire is a super host. Replied to any question we had within minutes and checked in a couple of times with us to make sure we have everything we needed. Also a lot of new home builders and model homes to walk through in the area. We had a great time. 😀
