A very clean, nice property which is perfectly located for walking everywhere in the city. Very safe area and, particularly for us, near family and grandchildren. We were very happy with all aspects of the property. We’re returning for a longer stay in about a month.

My husband and I had a great stay at this cottage. The neighborhood quiet, convenient to everything and very walkable. Communication with the hosts was excellent and the apartment was spotless. Comfortable layout, just as pictured.

This guest house was just right. Husband and I were in town for a wedding. First time in Sacramento so much to see and do, along with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Took a food tour, drove to Placerville, visited downtown Sac, and the railroad museum. So much history. Hope to visit again to explore and discover more. Good communications with hosts. Thank you:)

What an amazing little gem in a desirable midtown Sacramento location. Perfect in every way. Communication with property owners was excellent. Very quiet and secluded in the back yet a block or two from all the action of restaurants and events such as Second Saturday. Lots of extras that provide great creature comforts. Really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book again

Both the cottage and the hosts, Jon and Jenna, were fantastic. The cottage is very private and really well appointed, and backs up to a little private park, as advertised. There is a very comfortable mattress, spacious shower and all of the kitchen accoutrements you might need (as well as a nice TV and sound bar). Prior to our visit, Jon and Jenna provided detailed information and instructions about the property, and were really responsive when we managed to lock ourselves out. Great restaurants, coffee shops and Saturday midtown Farmer's Market are all within an easy stroll. Would definitely stay here again, and give it two thumbs up to anyone considering this property!

The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around. The guest house was clean and had everything I needed. The directions from the hosts is spot on and made checking in so easy. Definitely placed on my favorites for Midtown Sac.

Love the privacy, the quiet courtyard and the comfort of a home away from home.
Will definitely see if we can stay again when we need another get away In Sacramento. So close to downtown but in a secluded spot that feels like a little peaceful bubble.

The guesthouse had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is within walking distance to some nice coffee shops fand restaurants. The hosts were accommodating and had a quick response time to messages. Thanks for letting us stay!

This was a fantastic stay from start to finish. Everything was just as described, and in fact, the stay was even better than expected. The location is great, lots of little touches that make it feel really comfortable. I had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Shower takes a lil few minutes to get hot but once it does it’s perfect., that’s my only tip. You’re lucky to stay here if you can find an available window of time when they’re not booked! There’s a reason!

This place was stunning. The property was beautiful and peaceful, the finishes and details in the home decor were classy and cozy. The neighborhood was perfectly located close enough to Midtown and Downtown, but remote enough to feel quiet and safe. The hostess was extremly kind, thorough, and helpful. It was all so comfortable and hospitable, that It felt like staying with a friend. The value was totally there and I’d book again.

This was an incredible place and I wish I could have stayed longer. The host was super responsive and helpful. Neighborhood was safe and charming and very walkable. Lots to do and eat.

As the title clearly states the location is amazing. Everything is within walking distance from the best coffee to incredible pizza! Jon and Jenna are also quick to respond to any question you could have! Absolutely a 10/10 we will be back again. The cutest guest house where you really feel at home!

Boulevard Park is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to enjoy the fun vibrant Sacramento downtown. The property is very clean, beautifuly decorated, and located in a safe neighborhood. It is close to coffee spots, night life and shopping. We were there for a musical festival at Discovery Park, and the property was an affordable Uber ride back and forth to the festival and there were plenty of other things to do to keep us busy when we were not at the festival.
The hosts are amazing, the check in-out process was easy and communication was outstanding. We will absolutely stay here again.

This beautifully appointed bungalow is perfect for a couple or single. The midtown location allows for easy walking to restaurants, cafes, pubs etc. Its fully equipped kitchen also invites quiet eating in after a busy day in Sacramento. It is truly a stunning sanctuary.

Great communication with host prior to and during our stay; all needs anticipated and met; beautifully appointed house; comfortable furniture; fantastic location close to all that midtown has to offer yet retaining quiet residential appeal. This space had it all and was perfect for me and my husband. Thank you to our hosts! We look forward to our next visit.

This 2 room guest house was a great find. There is a cute sitting area just steps away along with a common private park with lounge chairs. The house is cozy but has been thoroughly modernized. Incredibly convenient location with walking distance to restaurants/coffee shops but on a quiet leafy street. Only complaint was that the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was a bit noisy compared to the one in the living room and could use a look over. Jenna was very accommodating. We look forward to staying again when we come back to Sac.
