House was impecably clean and up-to-date. House is actually better in person if thats possible. Was perfect for our family of 5. Everything you need is there, beach access is across the street and our property manager Allision was great and just a text away when I had a few questions.

We rented the condo for a family vacation and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is updated and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The living space had a lot of seating for having guests for dinner or for us to spread out. The only issues we had were minor - propane was out in the grill and the main bedroom tv didn’t work. Their customer service was great and they were in touch with us frequently during our stay. We will definitely be staying with beach time rentals again!

Beautiful house and so convenient to beach and restaurants. Loved that it was in a residential section. Beach was never crowded. The 80 degree summer-like weather made our beach getaway perfect. I’d love to rent this place again.

We had an amazing vacation at The Tides! The house is absolutely beautiful and the location was great! There was so much room and it felt like home to us. It was just what we needed the week before Christmas to unwind and relax after the kids had very busy and tough semester at college. Thanks for a wonderful week!

The Tides Vacation house is a beautiful home, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The location to the beach is perfect, there’s a push button illuminated street crossing just steps from the front door and the beach access is right there. The home was very clean, and spacious, the open concept on the main level was perfect for celebrating the holidays wjth my family. Next time me and my family head to Redington beach we definitely will be trying to stay here again.

This was one of the best family vacations we have had. GREAT Location to the beach! Beach was not crowded at all! The property was spotless, very clean!!! Has plenty of towels and all the extra's. Loved the layout of the family room and kitchen for the whole family to be together! Could Not hear neighbors that was in the joined rental next door!

We just came back from staying here for almost a week. I am so glad we choose this location! Literally across the street from beautiful white sandy beaches. The beaches were NEVER overcrowded. The house was so spacious. Only downside was no pool. We wish we would have had one being there for so many days. We loved how calm the area was. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying with a big group. The finishes in the house were beautiful. The house manager was so helpful.

My suggestions is its a beach rental and figured most people are flying to location to have more beach equipment for use would be helpful beach chair, umbrella. The kitchen is very spacious and great appliances just need a bit more pots and pans. One frying pan is not enough for this condo. All in all great condo Beachtime rentals were absolutely fantastic to work with . I would book here and with Beach time rentals again.
