Great love this place

Door lock wouldn’t work, porch door didn’t close tight, burnt out bulbs in bathroom, after reading other reviews this guy seems to lie, last august was the first time he was notified about key pad and still didn’t do anything! 5 pages of rules. No thanks done staying in condos…

Would definitely stay again!

Maintaining a place virtually is hard and some things are out of the owners hands. We arrived and snow had not been shoveled and the keypad entry was not updated for our stay. Called owner and he was very responsive and apologetic. Caretaker service did not uphold their agreement. Place was charming, cozy and clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Very nice!

I rarely give 5 stars. Work on the entry code access please. In the heart of down town Wabasha. Great restaurants close by: Herb & Arrow, Triangle Pub, and Silver Dollar Saloon. Plenty of things to do.

Great lil place for a getaway, even better then the pictures! Two doors down is Fig and Arrow which is a much stop for dinner and drinks.

A great space for a weekend trip. Very cozy, quiet, clean and well updated. Had everything we needed and was the perfect place for my husband and I. Felt like we stayed in a hotel suite. Loved our stay and would stay there again

My wife and I rented this spot for an anniversary getaway. The apartment was cozy, clean and perfectly located right off of Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived to find the room was double booked which was disappointing. HOWEVER, I called Ben and he answered immediately, looked into it and got back to me right away. Extremely apologetic letting us know the mistake was made and we couldn't stay there. He not only issued a full refund, but helped make it right in offering to help us find something else in the area. He added a little extra money back on the refund to put towards the other accommodations we had to make. Although it didn't turn out as we had hoped, it could not have been handled more professionally and in a more kind manner. We will try to stay here again soon!

Ben was helpful. In the heart of downtown. Cozy and comfortable accommodations. A bit spotty on the cleaning-microwave was dirty and the sink was a bit dirty. We never did get the internet or TV working, but spent most of our time enjoying the great things to do in the area! Code did not work initially, but Ben responded quickly.

Nice..clean..cozy ..would stay again

This was a weekend of relaxing for us. We loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. Even on a busy holiday weekend it was quiet for sleeping. Clean, well supplied, nice linens.

This place is right near everything. The first night we saw some music under the bridge. We really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant next door and many others including Slipperys. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The property had everything we needed and was clean. The door lock was a bit tricky in that we were in the habit of using a deadlock and when you use it on this door. The keyless entry will not lock. We figured it out. The tv instructions should be updated but again, not hard to figure out. The jetted tub was a nice touch.

Upon arrival, we discovered the key code that was provided did not work for us to enter the condo. Perhaps that wouldn’t have been such a big deal, but we had travelled all day and it was hot and we were tired. It took about an hour to reach the owner to get a code that would work for us to get into the condo. We have stayed at multiple VRBO places and always had soap provided for the shower and bathtub and also tissues available.. There was no soap or tissues provided. We had to set up a subscription to YouTube TV in order to watch anything on the television. The sheets on the bed looked Iike they had not been changed as they were full of long and short hair. Fortunately, there were other clean sheets available in a cupboard that we used. The whirlpool tub was not clean …had hair in the filter and in the tub. Bathroom and whirlpool faucets were “wonky” and required a lot of tinkering to turn off. Parking spot in front of the condo is under a tree that is filled with birds in the evening which resulted in lots of bird mess on the car in the morning. Alternative parking is a half block away. Just a lot of little annoying issues that added up to make this the worst VRBO stay we’ve had.

Property manager responsive regarding issue with door code (alerted before arrival on unit) and construction noise in adjacent building. Mattress is very firm- I had to sleep on the couch. Some screws coming out of carpet trim in bedroom area, recommend this is fixed. Please also recommend getting new remotes and possibly updating paperwork with instructions (a lot was crossed out and rewritten, may be time to update). For people staying in winter, be aware that many surrounding area restaurants are closed and online information is not always accurately. Highly recommend calling ahead of time before going places. Places that were open were wonderful!

I also noticed some stray black hairs in the whirlpool tub and bed when i pulled back the comforter to sleep-I'm sure this occurred while cleaning and I wasn't worried about things not being clean but still slightly off-putting. Just a thought/suggestion.....it would be nice to use the LED candles especially with the tub but sadly no batteries. There's also so many little towns with shops and places to explore (e.g. Hoppy Girl & Reads brewery, Villa Belleza, Stockholm WI, Coffee Mill Ski area, Vineyards, golf courses, parks/hiking) within a 30 mi radius, it would be great to include that in your welcome information provided for your guests. I had a very relaxing weekend alone and pampered myself. I would love to go back in the summer!

The condo was perfect size for me and my girlfriend. We had a great three days in town, the condo very comfy and cute.

This condo is cute. However, there were light bulbs out, the drapes are really difficult to close, and there was no body wash/bar soap. There was a large laundry basket in the shower when I went to take one. The owners communications were very delayed.

Hot tub and fireplace was lovely. It was a sweet getaway location on the riverside.

This Condo was perfect for a couples get-away. Just big enough for 2 people. Hot tub, fireplace and balcony are great amenities. Living room is nice and bright. Tastefully decorated and well stocked kitchen. Located on the other side of main street of Wabasha so close to restaurants and shops. The river is across the street with a path for biking/walking.

This cute studio is in the perfect location to see many top spots in the area. Quick drive to Alma, Stockholm, etc. Walking by the river was lovely. Could walk to places to eat. The Chinese restaurant next door (Fresh Wok) had delicious food! This property was clean and cozy. Just as described. The only maintenance needed was the bathroom floor tiles are needing desperate repair. Other than that would recommend to anyone spending a weekend in the area.
