I have stayed in apartment ms all over New Haven, and nothing comes close to the quality of this property. Clean, convenient, architecturally designed, in a beautifully restored 19th Century building with an elevator. There are 10 apartments available of various sizes, all different, all beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff are onsite all day on weekdays, easily available on weekends. Highly recommended!!

A great place to stay, stylishly decorated with design furnitures and features. Felt like we were the first ones to rent as everything looked like new! Kitchen was nicely equiped and included all that you need, incl dishwasher and freezer. I definetly rent again when I visit New Haven again!

Great place to stay. Could not reach the manager though as it was a weekend and it was cold when we entered though it warmed up. Also, area was a bit noisy but the building itself was lovely and quiet.

The property was exactly as described and easy to access. Great location central to everything. Windows are thin so you can hear the music from the bar next door fairly loudly, but didn't affect the trip!

We were only in town for a night and needed a place to stay, and this property was perfect. It was very clean, had all the essentials we needed for cooking and was in a prime location. I would definitely come and stay again next time I am in New Haven!
