Our family had a great time! We loved our stay! The property was perfect for us! Just enough room! We enjoyed the deck so much! We hope to stay again!

I was in Sandbridge for a beach wedding and chose this charming cottage for a few night's stay with 3 friends. Absolutely perfect for our needs. The interior was very clean and cozy, surprisingly roomy for 4 adults! The host supplied basic necessities, too, which was greatly appreciated. Susan was very nice and informative during the check-in process and check-out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this rental; a 2 minute walk to the beach and a couple restaurants! Thank you again to the host for making our stay comfortable and stress-free. :)

Even after keeping food in plastic containers and in frig, we did have a major ant problem. The cupboard above the sink was the majority of the problem. We did clean and kill as much as we could- did not see many after that.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for our family of four at a very reasonable rate. We were super close to the beach(about a block away) which made it really nice to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. The waves and riptides were really bad due to a hurricane that was in the Atlantic so we really didn’t swim in the ocean but the cottage is just a few steps away from the resort pool which was awesome for our kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed to cook there. There is a nice covered porch with plenty of chairs to enjoy being outside although I do recommend a thermacell because the noseeums and mosquitoes were pretty bad. There are only a few things that were on a negative side for us. We have a full size truck and there isn’t much room to park. If you have a small car it should be fine. The second thing was the ants. They were the tiny kind that don’t bite but they are still annoying. There were billions of them everywhere. There was a can of spray in the cabinet and we used it all up the first night we were there and the second evening we came in from fishing they had infested my kids sleeping area and we had no spray. I couldn’t understand why they were in that area because there was no food or anything in that area. I messaged the host and they brought us more spray the next morning. We didn’t have any more problems after that. Overall a wonderful experience!!!!

What a great stay. The place was just as described. Roomy for two, but would've been roomy for four....and comfortable for five. Away from the bubbub, but close to everything with a short drive. If there was one thing that could have improved our stay, it would have to have something to keep the webs off the porch. Perfect inside, but after going to several places, it is to be expected in that area due to the proximity to the water. But breakfast inside was very nice. I would HIGHLY recommended staying here again.

Great location in the nicest campground I’ve ever been to. Convenient to pools, parks, and the beach.

I was really impressed how much room we had in the house. The covered deck was a+! It’s great that the house is just inside the gate with easy access to the pool and the beach. All the people we talked to were so friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!! Loved it!
