First of all, communicating with our host was amazing! He was always prompt in responding and he bent over backwards to take care of us. Very last minute, we needed to swap out some days and he did everything he could to work it all out.. we really appreciated that!
This place suited our needs well..a little smaller than we expected, especially the kitchen, but well stocked, homey and accommodating! This place is also child friendly, with baby items and games available as well.
We enjoyed our stay as a family in this home!

We were fortunate to stay minutes from the airport to meet family for a lovely-yet extremely cold-weekend of snow tubing at Perfect North Slopes. The house gave us an opportunity to rest, relax, and share meals. It is a great size and afforded us the opportunity for us to be close, but still plenty of room to not be stacked on each other.
We will definitely put this on our list to return if the opportunity to visit this area comes around again.

Our family loved our stay at the Bluegrass Beauty. It’s a large place with plenty of room for two families to share. The beds were very comfortable and the house was pretty well equipped. We also liked how close it was to shopping and restaurants. The property managers were very accessible should a question arise. We’d definitely come stay again.

We stayed here while visiting the Northern Kentucky area and Cincinnati with our family. Very convenient location to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Travis is a delight to deal with. He made several good suggestions and is very responsive. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has many amenities for families -- especially those traveling with small children. Lots of room to spread out.

Property was very clean and centrally. Located to all the activities that we planned. Great kitchen and coffee was very nice that it was provided. Bathrooms and kitchen were very well supplied with needed items. Very spacious property. It was very restful and nice to have a place after a busy day. The televisions were a great addition.

We traveled to see the Creation Museum and The Ark this property was in an excellent location for both. Easily travel to both locations and all was as expected for our family to enjoy the trip.

House was perfect for our little stay. Had ton of baby items! Only down fall is the kitchen was tiny, (you can tell that from the photos) but we made it work while cooking for 11 people. Very convenient location. Would recommend.

This property was a great location with a lot around it and it was a decent midway point for going to the Arc Encounter, the Creation Museum and Ohio and Indiana! It held all of us perfectly and the rooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen did its job of being there for us to do a little cooking and storing our food for the few days we were there! I highly recommend choosing this house if you need the space! We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to the area!!

The neighborhood was not a bad neighborhood, everything appeared to be well kept. Arriving at the location was easy, getting into the location even easier. Just too many rules for the property. There was a list of rules a mile long when we arrived. So needless to say we spent a lot of time away from the rental due to so many restrictions. Everything was clean and in good working order. The blinds however were dusty and dirty. There was access to household products for personal use. Owners def thought of things people would leave out of their luggage. You can’t smoke or vape inside or outside. Inside I can see, outside though, I’m not sure I understand that. There are cameras too so don’t try it

This is a really comfortable house. They had everything you would want or need. Plenty of dishes and towels, etc. We didn't have any kids with us, but there was stuff for kids everywhere. It was very convenient to the airport and was close to plenty of nice places to eat. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

This place was close to everything including restaurants, grocery, slopes, ark, creation museum, and downtown Cincinnati.
We had one minor issue and the owner was very responsive and worked with us. Home was clean and just as expected.
My only complaint is that we had 11 people in our party and only had one wash cloth and towel per person for 5 nights so lots of washing. Otherwise was a great stay!!! Highly recommend!!!

My family enjoyed a 3 night stay when we visites the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. There were 8 of us including 4 kids ranging from 15 - 7 years old. There is a ton of room and everything is very clean. I would highly recommend staying here and will save this place in future visits.

Such a nice place! very spacious! Such a good distance to the creation museum & the ark encounter. Definitely enjoyed our stay. They have all necessities and toys for the kids and games for the family! Definitely would recommend it!

Wonderful house with plenty of space - family can be together in big downstairs family room or have private time separately. Located in quiet housing area but close to shopping and attractions. Kitchen is small but fine for property. Very child friendly with outlet covers and child locks. Nice small back deck and yard (with fire pit)

The house was amazing! My boys wanted to move in, they were very sad to leave. Their favorite part was the kid bedroom in the "basement". The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect distance from the Ark and Creation Museum and from great places to eat. There are 2 washers and driers which were very useful with the number of us that stayed. I have been recommending the house to everyone who has talked about going to the area!!

The bedroms were situated on 2 levels, with 3 rooms and 2 baths on 1 level and 2 bedrooms on a lower level and another bath in a level between. So, there were stairs! The kitchen is small, dining large. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware, cookware, etc. There were even various condiments, keurid cups, welcome snacks. There were no coffee filters. There were lots of kid's toys and some books and games. The host was very prompt to respond to all communication. We were 2 kids, their parents, grandparents , and 2 aunts.

Immaculately clean home!! Comfy beds with room to spread out. Very small kitchen. Wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the Ark and the Creation Museum. The home is full of items for children and babies.

Very nice home!
The home was very nice and very kid friendly. The owner is wonderful and went over and above. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again. The house is unique and has space to separate from others if you want a different TV or space to enjoy your time. Very close the The creation museum - which was also awesome - and only about 35 minutes from the Ark. This family vacation was one I will never forget. Thank you!

Wonderful Home for any occasion!!
Definitely worth a shot at renting if you are looking to stay in the vicinity. This house is close to the interstate, in a nice and quiet neighborhood and has plenty of room for your vehicles and friends/family. The description, pictures and reviews are spot on. As long as you communicate with Travis, everything will be fine. Enjoy!

Great home for multiple families to stay in with the mulit levels and 2 master bedrooms. This was also great for kids with plenty of baby and toddler sleeping options and toys already at the house, not to mention the nice backyard to run in. Host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions or special requests we had. Only reason for 4 stars on location/neighborhood was that we wished it was a bit closer to downtown Cincy, however the neighbors was quiet and nice and there still was plenty to do in the area. Would recommend this property!

We traveled from Georgia and this house was absolutely perfect for my family and I. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us, it was within the perfect distance from town and its amenities, the Ark Encounter and the creation museum which we had made plans to go visit. Travis was very helpful and timely with any and all questions, the property was very clean and instructions simple. 10-10 in my opinion and I definitely recommend a stay here for anyone traveling to the area.
