We had a fabulous time while staying at the property. It was clean and the neighborhood was nice. The hosts were quick to respond, very kind and accommodating to us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This 5 bedroom house with in-ground backyard pool offered privacy and ample room for us to stay with our grandsons and their parents. It was clean, simply and tastefully decorated without lots of worrying decorative pieces sitting around. The game room with a ping pong table and arcade machine were nice features that our grandsons enjoyed. All appliances and mechanical systems worked well. My only suggestions, and this is because we cooked our meals and ate in, would be to consider adding some more pots, pans and utensils. And perhaps a procedure manual or set of instructions on how to use the big projector TV in the game room. But otherwise, the property suited our needs nicely.

So the day we arrived the pool was dirty, water was not clear was still green and cloudy. We lost a day of relaxation because we weren't allowed to get in the pool upon arrival and that was the plan. The surroundsound in the theater room was having issues and it was always hot in that room so it was utilized hardly at all. The house in the middle of the day wouldn't get below 78° so it was uncomfortable inside as well. I found the A/C unit condensers clogged and had to rinse them off myself to make sure they wouldn't freeze up cause I had my 1yr old son with me. This house although looks nice inside and outside, seems to me that it needs some work in the right places. Insulation needs to be a priority to keep the home cool the A/C's are over worked and house can't stay cool. Maintenance is key, your guests pay for a service and expect hight quality upon arrival they pay good money to stay at your rental. When we left I was notified by my sister that her daughter accidentally left 3 pairs of her shoes that were still in the boxes at the house, when I reached out they said the cleaning crew didn't see them. I asked them to check the cameras and didn't get a response after that. I requested a partial refund because of the lost day on arrival issues with the A/C I was constantly having to contact the manager, although they responded promptly me and my family were disappointed. The stay was OK, but it seems like they are in the middle of some remodeling I noticed a counter top in the middle of the back yard. We also couldn't use the washer pits. Just disappointed.

The property accommodated our family size. The pool was perfect for cooling off from the heat. The communication was timely. A few things need fixing but the property manager is eager to make that happen.

We really enjoyed the space in this house. We had 3 families and the kids all had enough space outside and in the game room to keep out from under the adults. The pool space was very nice and the pool was nice and clean. I agree with the other posts that if you want something extra make sure and ask for it up front or bring it. With kids, having 1 towel per person and nothing extra was tough.

Given the prior negative review we were concerned about our choice of booking but we reached out to the owner and they assured us that those issues were resolved. And we can confirm they were. The house and pool were clean and no electrical issues. We had four families, each with two children, and the kids had a blast in the pool and game room. The kitchen and living room were very comfortable and accommodating to the large group. The owner was very responsive, sending a reply within minutes of us sending a message through the VRBO site. There were a few missing items, such as a pizza cutter, most of the butter knives, iron and coffee carafe (possibly taken or broken by prior guests), but these were addressed promptly. For example, a new iron and coffee maker arrived the next day. Overall, all the families enjoyed this property and we would likely reserve it again in the future.

THE ORIGINAL LISTING included the use of a pool house with air conditioning and wood burning stove. To our dismay, it was filled with boxes and trash. When we complained about the false advertising, the managements response was to delete use of the pool house from the description. THE HOUSE: We were stunned by the uncleanliness of the house, pool, and yard. The floors were dirty; the table surfaces inside and outside were dirty and sticky in spots. Wet towels were left in one of the closets and items left in the dryer. We insisted that the cleaning crew come back and even though they did; the surfaces and floors remained dirty. The floor was never mopped and we scrubbed the counters ourselves. Never cleaned were the windows, sills and mold covered screen. THE POOL walls and floor were full of algae and leaves. The water was murky, had a greenish tinge and there was plastic trash and a glass in the pool. The managements response to our constant complaining was to twice send someone out the skim the leaves from the surface of the pool. We had to argue and insist that a qualified pool maintenance company come to scrub and vacuum the pool. This was finally done on day 3 and was finally usable on day 4. The controls on the hot tub don't work. The yard surrounding the pool was littered with trash and debris. ELECTRICAL HAZARDS: One outlet pulled out of the wall with live wiring exposed. In the master bedroom, a cable was pulled from the wall and hung over the sliding door to the bathroom. Another outlet had no cover. Fixed on day 5. THE GAME ROOM is inside a converted garage. Bugs were constantly crawling in under the garage door and wind blowing debris under the garage door. The ping pong paddles and darts were not useable and were replaced on day 5 after we complained. The recliners were not plugged in. THE KITCHEN was missing a skillet, cookie sheet, butter knives, measuring cups and spoons, dish cloths (zero) and dish towels (one). Cracked microwave door. Dirty dishes in the cupboard had to be rewashed. BBQ grill had very little gas. BATH TOWELS were provided but had to double as beach towels for the pool and bath mats for exiting the tub and showers. No wash cloths provided. Too short shower curtain allows water to spill all over the floor and cause a fall risk. Backsplash is peeling from the wall. NO GARAGE PARKING NEIGHBORHOOD: For this type of money I would have expected a more upscale neighborhood and property.

I will start with this, excellent communication, all questions I had were answered within minutes via email. The place itself had ample space and beds for our group of 10, the game room was a big hit. Very nice pool and spa. Huge TV’s. Great kitchen. Quiet and very nice neighborhood. The host truly had the guest in mind when laying this house out. We will be back.

The movie theater room/ game room was awesome! If you have teens or kiddos they’ll love it in there. Maybe have them bring their gaming system so they can play on the projector. The pool is very nice, and there is a grill for cookouts. The heater for the pool works but there aren’t instructions , make sure you ask them to put the heater on before you arrive to make sure it’s warm for you. I highly recommend !

This home is a one of a kind, very spacious with a massive kitchen, (built-in radio in the kitchen for some fun dance battles with kids) a hallway with 3 good size bedrooms and one with a good sized tv, the master room is by It’s self on the other side of the house with (my favorite of all rooms) the theater room!!! Big electric chairs to fit a family for movie night with a popcorn machine!! Master room has a big tv with beautiful his+hers sink in bathroom with a big tub and a stand shower, 2nd best this is the backyard!!!! The pool and hot tub are both HEATED (I absolutely love the backyard) has a few sitting areas and tanning chairs, very beautiful lights appear when it hits dark, made it a wonderful experience!!! Me and my family will be coming back to this house!! Loved it!
