We had a wonderful stay at Violet’s Farmhouse. What a neat place. Brand new but the family replicated their family farmhouse in Kansas to make it look vintage! It is well appointed with all the necessities needed for a great stay. We loved the upstairs movie room!

Very impressed with the vintage farmhouse size and interior rooms appearance. Loved the large kitchen area with oversized gas stove with 2 ovens and extra burners.The Retro Fridge appearance was nice. Back porch had closeted , stacked washer/dryer, large farmers sink and more space. Yay! The living/ dining room area was very cozy with plenty space to sit & coverse or watch tv. The downstairs bedroom had TV, bathroom of good size. The 2 upstairs bedrooms & bathroom were nice. Upstairs had a bonus Rec. room with TV. The stairs going up could also be walked down other side to end up in kitchen! Parking was a bit tricky. Lots of construction in area so had to move our car a few times to have safe walking access to house, via sidewalk.The front screen door handle was broken & partially unhinged so it kept flying open & banging against the house. Some newly installed inside doorknobs kept falling off when pulled. Reported all this to the host. If not for the last few items, we would give this house a total 5 stars but will have to give 4 & a half stars. We would recommend this place to others & would likely stay here again.

Your place was great! Close proximity to Centennial park for our MTB race, it was large & spacious and had everything we needed. I also enjoyed the piano, thank you!

Last month, I needed to be in Fayetteville for a couple of weeks and wanted a place that would feel more comfortable than a hotel. Wow! Did I hit the jackpot! This home is a loving recreation of a very special family home that was a joy to get to experience. The detail that went into recreating such a warm, inviting place was impressive and obvious. It truly felt like a home very quickly. The vintage touches were so fun, and yet there was a very luxurious side to this home as well. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. The bathrooms were vintage looking yet modern in their use. And everything was immaculate and clean. The kitchen was truly special. The 8 burner range was fun to cook meals on, the table in the kitchen to share conversation while preparing those meals, and the vintage looking appliances that are all new, high-end all added up to one of my favorite rooms in the house. The media room upstairs was perfect for movie watching or binge watching your favorite shows with plenty of seating. Honestly, this place was such a special retreat and it was hard to leave to go back to “the real world.” I am thankful that this family recreated such a special place and shares it with the rest of us, and I can’t wait to return for future stays!

This farmhouse replica is a cozy gem, with all the charm and history of a farmhouse, and all the amenities and luxuries of common day! Very clean, the beds were all comfortable, plenty of space, and very inviting for family time.

We loved the property! No surprises from the listing and was definitely very comfortable. We will definitely book again when we return to town!!
