The house is great. The location is perfect to get around Quincy and a short drive to Boston. We were a multi-family trip and the bedroom configuration and amount of bathrooms were perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. When we booked I didnt realize there would be an extra charge per night per person with having only 9 people in the party when the house sleeps 16, which is why the rating for accuracy of listing is lower. We didnt eat a lot of meals in the house because we were out and about but we did cook dinner the first night and could have used a bigger pot and some more cooking utensils. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was a great house in a great location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

The home was really clean and amazing. Beds were all very comfortable. Central location between several great towns with plenty of food and shopping near by. Parking was good with zero issues. Absolutely would recommend.

We loved our short stay in this house in Quincy! We were a group of extended family getting together to attend Northeastern’s Hall of Fame event. This home was perfect, plenty of parking and bedroom/bathroom space for us to have privacy and a beautiful great room/kitchen to gather all together. We would definitely stay here for future Boston visits!

Very spacious. I agree the upstairs beds aren’t the most comfortable but they were king size with a big screen tv. It was a nice and clean house. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very spacious house in Quincy. So much room to converse and sleep in. It was everything we could have asked for. Nice. We loved the cleanliness and quiet the best. It was a bit challenging cooking however as it was lacking some kitchen essentials, particularly hot pads, and it could use a few more pots, pans and utility tools. Jenny was very responsive to our communications. It was a great experience for us there and we highly recommend this property to all.

The host was wonderful and a fast responder. The house was clean and pretty. Great bathrooms and lots of space. The beds in the loft aren’t super comfortable but nothing crazy. If you’re looking for a large home for a group of friends or family I highly recommend! Great spot and I would definitely book it again. Only about 20-30 minutes from downtown Boston.

This house was clean, pretty, very large, and a perfect location for touring the Boston area. We especially enjoyed the nearby walking path and the quiet location. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to New England.

Our University had a work conference at Eastern Nazarene University and needed a space that accommodate our group of adults. This VRBO worked well for our mix of co-workers because there were plenty of beds and bathrooms...which is hard to find. The house was clean, lots of seating, and the host answered our questions promptly and gave us suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

This home is beautiful, on a quiet street, close to everything you may need. Our family took the nearby metro to visit Boston while we were here. The town of Quincy is charming. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

In New England for a weekend wedding, decided to spend 2 days seeing Boston. We just had one night in the house, but it was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and from the 3rd floor you could see the water. It was just what we needed after a long day of travel and sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house and would hands down stay here again. The house was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our large family to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had all we needed to make meals and the house even had 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The home is located in a nice neighborhood and down a quiet street.

Good experience, comfortable and quiet location. Close to the water so would probably be beautiful in summer. Had trouble with hot water but property owner was responsive and quickly fixed. Setup is good for a large group weekend away, with plenty of space in the common/kitchen area.

Very clean, nice location, nice house. Kitchen seemed pretty well stocked with dishes, etc. Nicely decorated. A couple of negatives were: one of the toilets didn't work for most of the time we were there, and being that it was Christmas weekend no one could fix it until our last day there; the Keurig coffee maker didn't work (needed descaling?); there was no extra bedding and there were no top sheets on at least some of the beds; there were no blankets--only the coverlets on the beds; there was only 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for each bathroom, which wasn't enough since we had 10 people at the house; beds were not at all comfortable, mattress and box spring sitting on floor in instead of on bed frame in at least one room and everyone commented that the beds were not comfortable. Also, the living area of the house is kind of small but we didn't spend much time there so it wasn't important to us; however, for those who might be spending more time at the house, that might be an issue.

Home was crystal clean, plenty of room for 13 guests and the location was great. Target, Liquor Stores, Super Markets and delicious restaurants all within 10 minutes. Short drive to Boston. Jenny was able to answer all questions we had quickly. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again.

50th Weekend
Traveled with 5 friends for his 50th Bday. Got the house so we could crash after a long day of fishing. This house was immaculate. Everything is updated and new. The house had central AC which was key in record temps. Close by to downtown Quincy so we easily got an Uber to dinner within.2 miles. Jenny the host communicated and made everything a breeze. Thank you so much.
