Beautiful property with two amazing pools (very comfortable lounge chairs, too) and private beach. Secure and easy parking and super friendly staff. Easy access to main the main road.
My only recommendation is to improve water pressure in shower and provide wash rags for makeup removal, etc.

The Ritz Carlton property was beautifully laid out. The two salt water pools were delightful to swim in. The jacuzzi felt ever so soothing! The attendants at poolside, the front desk personnel, the porters, the concierge, all gave us top shelf customer service very pleasantly!
The condo itself was fine. We made good use of the little kitchenette, and all one could need regarding utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, etc., even a drying mat were all provided. The queen bed was comfy.
The only two needed improvements in the condo itself, I present here in order of importance:
1. They definitely need more than one towel rack in the bathroom. 2. There should be more light over the bathroom sink so one can shave and apply makeup more easily.
Otherwise, our stay was a total delight, and Mr. Ellison Dobbs was a pleasant, very attentive host. I can gladly recommend this condo and property as a terrific getaway opportunity!
Lastly, I should add, that as a bonus for us, there was a convenience store right outside the rear entrance to the building, and in a four-minute walk, you have a choice of good eateries!

Let me start by saying Mr.Dobbs js the best host. He was extremely responsive to all my questions. Trust me, I had a lot of them. He even checked in with us on our second day. He made sure we had everything we needed.
The unit is small but perfect for a couple or a family of three. The bed was comfy and the unit was close to the pool.
The amenities and service our out of this world. Both pools are gorgeous and the staff treats you like royalty. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The stay was in-property if the Ritz Carlton. The host, Ellison, was attentive and responsive to any question we had - although the accommodations needed no additional requests!
The pools, service and food services were just perfect. Whether you want to be beachside, poolside or at the bar, the experience was just impeccable.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and it was a great unit. Loved that it was on the first floor so all we had to do was walk out of our sliding glass doors. Perfect balance of low key but also friendly people. Great location because you can walk to the strip of restaurants right next door.

This is a wonderful property. All the amenities are top notch from the 2 sparkling clean pools to the wonderful beach. The accommodations were above expectations and the unit was spotless! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Haley at the concierge was an absolute blast and fun to work with when we had a pizza craving one evening. Gabe at the beach was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed for spectacular days on the beach. Elision was great to work with and checked in several times to make sure our every need was met. We are already planning a return trip to this beautiful property. Thanks Ellison for making this an anniversary trip to remember.

Loved the pools and beach access. The staff was wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone was so nice and we appreciate all the security in place which made us feel safe.

The Ritz Carlton vacation site was great!! Just me and my daughter, so the space was very accommodating and clean. We were glad to have access to a sink, small frig and microwave. The bed was so comfy, our dreams had dreams :). The bath towels smelled like they were fresh out the dryer... heavenly. You do have to walk a bit to see the ocean but not a big deal, it is a very scenic route with water fountains, pools and hot tubs. I was told that each Ritz Carlton has its own signature scent - is this true?!? This location (bldg B) smelled wonderful when you entered the building, with a friendly doorman there to open the door and greet you.

The property is SO beautiful with many friendly people to help satisfy your every desire. Very luxe. Ellison is amazingly responsive and attentive and not only accommodated my request to hang out at the pool until my next hotel was ready for check-in but also alerted the front desk staff. The room is the size of a nice hotel room with beautiful touches. Perfect for a single or couple. You will love your stay here!
