Location was great. Close to beach, restaurants, and stores. Very comfortable. The host was very helpful. Would fully recommend this to anyone. The only complaint was the floors were dirty. We found broken glass on the kitchen floor.

The house was great and the onwners were amazing and very prompt with responses. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Everything was as listed and communication was very good. We would rent again. We appreciated that everything we needed was supplied. The beach wagon, toys and chairs was a nice touch. If there was anything that would have made the stay more comfortable, it would be to have better water pressure for the bathroom shower. Thank you Maria!

Went for a relaxing bachelor party, such an easy walk to the beach and a clean place overall

We had 13 friends for the weekend before leaving for a cruise. The house was perfect for what we needed and just a very short walk to the beach! It was wonderful to be out of the cold weather and enjoying Florida sunshine. Thanks again.

Both units were clean and cared for. The kitchen is well-stocked with pretty much any utensil or dish you'll need. The location is fantastic. You'll be within walking distance of the beach (~4 minutes) and to some good bars and restaurants. Short driving distance to Publix and you're run-of-the-mill shopping center (~2.5 miles). The property manager was approachable and quick with answers. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier.

This was a family vacation for 17 of us. The location to the beach was excellent. The house was outstanding. The only drawback was having to keep kids quiet after 10 PM until after 7 AM. When we went to visit local parks such as Disney World and didn't get back to the rental until after quiet time had started. Also the neighbors were very unfriendly. I'm 66 years old and could even sit in front of the rental or go for a evening walk without the neighbor across the street and his wife standing in front of their house with their hands on their hips glaring at me until, I had to go inside. I was so worried about anyone making noise that it was not restful. The renters on the other side of us made all kinds of noise, had small children that screamed all the time. They even had a fight out in the street. We had a incident where the panic button was hit on the key to our rental. There was 5 of us trying to get it turned off during the "quiet time ". One of the neighbors came over yelling at us and offered no assistance except to call us names and ridicule us. If we would have known what the neighborhood was like we would have rented elsewhere. I know the owner, Maria, has no control over the neighbors but it just wasn't a friendly setting for kids anyway. It's summer and kids need to have fun also. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The host provides Beach Towels, carts for the beach, chairs, sand toys, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and an assortment of kitchen supplies. There was outside showers to keep sand outside. We left some of the items we purchased for the next renters. Thank you, Maria, for the bottles of wine and the supplies. You have a beautiful home.
