This property had more than enough space for us. It was easy enough to find and in a perfect spot for a Universal Studios/Daytona Beach vacay. Only a couple small complaints. First, there was a 5 cup coffee maker. I find it odd to not have a single cup coffee maker (think Keurig). This just meant more cleaning up. Second, there were ants. We bought a sealed box of donuts from the store. When my daughter went to open them the next morning (still sealed), there were tiny ants inside the box. We then threw away any open bags/boxes of food. After that, we kept all food inside the refrigerator. We saw larger ants in beds, bathrooms and on the floor. Third, there were no check out instructions. I loaded and started the dishwasher like I've done at other properties. I also piled all used towels by the washer/dryer. It would've been nice to have some sort of guidance.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family for my son's college graduation. There was more than enough room with multiple beds, good size rooms, a terrific family room and kitchen space and a spacious airy environment. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay again.

You wont be disappointed with this property! It had everything we needed and was a great location

As the mother of the groom, I rented this property to give the girls a place to relax & get ready for the wedding. The beds were perfect & the inside of the house was picture perfect!! The girls used the dining room table for hair & Makeup. With big windows that provided great lighting. Kitchen is beautiful!! Living room is comfy & large. I had a couple of questions for Carlos who was quick to answer & he took care of everything very quickly! I highly recommend this property & Carlos is the perfect host! We had a great stay!!

Located close to family. Lots of space and comfortable. Nice shower and bath in master bedroom. Just an issue with the Nest heating and cooling which the owner was quick to address.

The home was beautiful inside with everything we needed for a weekend getaway with friends! Centrally located to many restaurants and places to visit in Central Florida.

The property pictures are accurate and the house feels very spacious. The road is on a dead end and the house is at the end, close to a small power plant. The road/houses are older but it was very safe and quiet. The home was clean and had everything we needed. There’s no tv in the Master which was fine. We used it as a middle between Daytona Speedway and Disney. It was great. The area around is very nice and safe.

I stayed at this property with a few friends for my birthday weekend. Overall the property was as described. It was pretty clean, we did notice a few spots that could've been cleaned better, we just did it ourselves. It was more than enough space for all of us to be comfortable. There was enough parking outside as well for the vehicles. The street itself is kind of "sketchy" looking and the house is at the end near the power plant. However, we felt safe the entire time and we didn't hear anything from the power plant. We did have a few hiccups, nothing major, the property owner was able to address it pretty fast. On the day of check in, the lock for the front door died but the owner was able to get it up and running before I arrived. He even called to let me know of the situation, just in case there was a delay. The Nest thermostat was "locked" to certain temperature, which was kind of weird but I get it, however it was extremely cold outside and we needed more heat. I reached out to him and he adjusted it. Other things we noticed, nothing major: We had the heat on and the first room in the hallway got really hot, while the other rooms remained "pretty cool", not sure what that's about but worth mentioning if you have any friends that sleep hot at night. Don't put them in the first room. Also, bring your own additional cleaning supplies and paper towels. Some are provided in the home initially but you'll need to get more depending on how many people you have. Overall, it was a good stay, if I ever needed to stay close to Winter Park again, I would stay here.

This was the perfect place and very reasonable. Took my elderly parents and this was perfect. All on one level and beautiful open concept. Exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. Easy to go places. The local wildlife were entertaining like the armadillo and sandhill cranes. Definitely will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Carlos was excellent and easy to deal with. Property was clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations. Close proximity to many amenities and restaurants. Very much look forward to returning again next year!
