The house was close to town with stunning views of the mountains. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Hosts were readily available, provided us with an abundance of info for things to do as well as snacks, water, and a beautiful crystal for each of us. They also left a park pass, so we could park and hike everywhere. Hope to stay at this lovely home again!

This was the perfect home for a ladies weekend! It was spacious, beautiful, and accommodating. Some of us ran the Sedona 5k or 10k, and the hot tub felt amazing on our muscles. The views are stunning and we enjoyed every minute! This is the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Hilltop Hideaway. It was the PERFECT place for the 6 of us to spend a week together. The house was spotless, check-in was easy, the kitchen came very equipped and having the oils, spices, etc was a nice touch. Kathy and Jim had everything prepared or set up that we weren't left for wanting anything else.
The photos do NOT do this place justice. Waking up every morning to spectacular views was *chef's kiss*.
The only negative was that our time was up and we had to leave :(

As VRBO hosts ourselves, we hold a high standard when it comes to staying in other rentals. This property is exceptional- love all the extra touches and features. Home is exactly as described and then some! The stocked coffee pods and other necessities is a very nice touch for arriving late and unable to get to grocery store before the morning. Great place.

Our stay here was flawless. The property is smack in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. 90% of it in walking distance. The house was clean, gorgeous, the views are exceptional and the hosts are extremely friendly and great communicators. If we ever come back to Sedona, we will absolutely stay here again.

Celebrated 60th birthday with friends in this amazing home. Owner Kathy was easy to work with from beginning to end. The views from every room in the house are breathtaking. Cleanliness and details in the home “10”… We hiked, shopped, went out to eat and looked forward to spending time back at this beautiful home. Highly recommended.

The Hilltop Hideaway definitely met or exceeded our expectations. The view was spectacular from the deck and living room windows. Everything was clean and just as advertised. Easy check in and check out, and great overall area recommendations from the host. Communication with the host was reliable and helpful.

What an amazing spot in Sedona! Hilltop was, by far, one of the cleanest VRBO’s I have stayed in. The views were stunning. The front deck, hot tub deck, downstairs living area..there was room for all of us to gather and soak in the views. Great location, close to town, hiking, delicious restaurants and a 2 hour drive to the south rim. I cannot wait to come back!

The pictures don’t even do it justice. Amazing views of Sedona red rocks. My kids loved being so close to steamboat. The location is perfect. Close to many trailheads. The house was clean and comfortable. Views from all rooms! Kathy & Jim we’re very responsive & helpful. Would stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights with our young children, 5 and 3 years old while on an epic road trip! This was a perfect home to use as a home base for a day trip to the Grand Canyon and hikes in the local parks. The home was clean and very comfortable. We felt that the home was safe for our young kids. It’s fairly easy to secure the hot tub and the porch. The home had absolutely everything we could have ever needed plus a dozen more things! Communication with the owners was really easy and friendly. They left a wonderful welcome basket that our kids LOVED! Oh… and THE VIEWS!!! Such a great location in town, walkable if you want to. Super good spot at a more than reasonable price. 10/10!

We enjoyed our visit to Sedona and our stay at Hilltop Hideaway. The home was immaculately clean and we were surprised how close it was to the uptown area. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Sedona.

We had a great stay. The views were beautiful and you could enjoy them from every room. We found the home to be very clean. The location was a short drive from town.
The inaccuracy we encountered was just that the sleeping arrangements were not as expected. The listing said it slept 7 people. We are a family of 5 and they only had 2 beds. The sleeper sofa is not comfortable and pulling out a rollaway is inconvenient. Saying it sleeps 7 is a bit of a stretch.
Also be aware if you have a large SUV it will not fit in the garage. We had to park ours in the driveway and the slope is very steep so we had to put a rock on the tires to keep it from possibly rolling into the garage door.
10:00 am checkout is a little too early.
Overall we would recommend it to our friends as a lovely place to stay.

We had three generations staying here to celebrate my granddaughter’s 21st birthday. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five. You could walk to town (big hill on way back so we drove) and the views off the deck were amazing! But its close to everything! Shopping in town and some great hikes! We ALL had a great time!! I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Sedona.

We had an amazing vacation in Sedona. The area is beautiful with so many things to do. The house was centrally located to everything. This property had the most amazing views and was perfect for us. It was cozy and felt like home.

This house has 2 balconies with simply amazing views - but if that's not enough, it's super well equipped for not only cooking a nice dinner, but with a cooler and towels for whatever outdoor activities you're planning to do in Sedona. The property owners were always very responsive and could not have done more to make our stay in Sedona just perfect!

Perfect accommodations for two couples. Great home with spectacular views and all of the appointments that make a stay enjoyable and easy. The hot tub (and everything) was spotless. Don’t hesitate, if this property is open, book it!

The views are extraordinary! It was the reason I booked this house. The house has everything you need. Close to shops and restaurants, and of course beautiful hikes. The pictures are exactly how the house is. The property owners went above and beyond to make my stay so welcoming. You must stay here if you visit Sedona.

Enjoyed our stay as we love Sedona and being outdoors. Location view was amazing. The home had everything we needed. Walking up the hill was a little strenuous but available parking down below helped. Perfect time of the year to be hiking and biking.

You should be extremely proud of this amazing place. Thank you for all of your assistance and suggestions for hiking and for pointing us to Whole Foods for the fillets we bought to cook the last evening. They were fantastic. Everything else about the home is first class. We basically didn’t need to bring anything except our clothing. I'm sure we will return sooner rather than later!

This is an awesome property. It’s very well taken care of and the views are insane! Numerous restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and hiking trails are within a short walking distance. We had 2 small issues while we were there and the hosts were very attentive and responsive. We travel a lot and this is the cleanest hot tub we’ve ever seen, we felt more than comfortable getting in. It was checked every 4-5 days for proper pH levels. Who else will do that?! You’re missing out if you decide on another property.

We loved this property!! It was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. From a cooler and walking sticks to beach towels for the hot tub. It was awesome! I will share info with any friends that visit the area.

The house is very nice and made even nicer by the thoughtful touches included in the stay. We appreciated the boxes of tissues, paper towels, fresh cleaning products, sharp knives, Red Rock pass, and other extra amenities. The location is excellent with spectacular views.

The house was very clean and had good directions to use all of the amenities. The house was also fully stocked with anything that you might need. There are amazing views from each of the 3 floors. Close to everything. Would highly recommend.

My family loved our stay at the Hilltop Hideaway! I appreciated the signage throughout the house that helps to let you know where everything is and how to work it. We especially were grateful to have access to a Red Rocks Pass during our stay, as well a garage we could park in, complete with a garage door clicker for our use! The house is located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona. It was a great spot to call home for the week. Kathy and Jim were excellent hosts. We would definitely consider staying again!
