This was our first time staying at a townhouse instead of a condo. Having a private beach was amazing. Not dealing with elevators & a big crowd was great! The townhouse is beautiful & everything we wanted. The master bed is so comfortable. There was no “I wish we had…”, it had everything we wanted plus more.

Location was perfect and the house was very clean. The proximity to the beach was exactly what I was wanting. Host was extremely helpful and our whole family loved our stay.

I was pleasantly surpised at how spacious and private this beach was. There are condos next door with few guests. It really felt like we had our own piece of paradise. The house was very clean and well equipped with anything you could need. The hostess was very easy to text and had lots of recommendations. We would love to return this fall and will definitely stay in this house again!

This was the first time my family had stayed in a beach cottage with private beaches and we loved it. The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked. The back of the property had a mixture of sitting areas that were obviously much older and some in poor condition but we did not use those areas anyway. It is an older building but our cottage was very updated and homey. Ariel was very responsive although we did not need to reach out to her at all as everything we needed as there.

8 of us stayed and the house was large enough to give everyone their own space. The house was perfect and clean. We had plenty of bedrooms and baths. All the beds were so comfortable too! Great layout and wonderful outdoor area. The kitchen was well stocked, they had everything we needed. This house was by far the best place we have stayed on the panhandle, this was our first stay in PK and we will be back. The kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to accommodate all of us. Had one tiny issue (nothing bad and would not have changed anything about our stay) I only mention the issue because I feel the owners deserve praise for such personal service and dedication they give to their renters. Ariel answered immediately and had the issue resolved within a few hours. Truly exceptional service and I will definitely book here again! FYI, they have a second home at this location so next time we will have a larger group and stay in both homes!

Amazing beach access, so private! We were the only family on the beach! we have always stayed at condo resorts with such crowded beaches and I had no idea how convenient it is to not have to deal with elevators and fighting over beach space! We will never stay at a condo resort again! I can not emphasize enough how amazing our stay was. We had absolutely everything we needed, a ton of toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, we even found board games!! Don’t hesitate. This location and home is everything you need for the best vacation!

This is a great location right on the beach. The unit is private, as is the beach in front of the unit. The owner was super helpful and responded very quickly to all my inquiries. These two things alone made our stay a good one. Overall, the unit could use some tidying up, but if your main concern is location, this is a great stay! The condo was absolutely spectacular!!! Spotless, beautiful decor and the most amazing view and access to the beach. Walked beach every morning for sunrise. Our balcony was great for sunset viewing. Host was wonderful from initial booking thru check out. Could not have found anything more perfect. Loved it!!!

BLUF, or like they say, Bottom Line Up Front; perfect location, beautifully clean place, friendly neighbors/stores/restaurants/beaches, and an awesome host. I should stop there- but let me expand a little bit. The location is smack in the middle of some of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast. The house is beautifully clean, excellently maintained, and perfect for any length of stay. WIFI is as fast as they come. The TV, although I only watched a little bit (no time for that when there is so much to see and do) had all streaming platforms you could want. Unlike other condos in this location, the kitchen had more space available. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. The A/C worked perfect. Noise, what noise? No noise, not even from neighbors. The only sound you can have is the one coming from the ocean waves. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Need recommendations on restaurants or rainy day activities? Ariel has a plethora of ideas to get you out of the house and exploring the local communities! I cannot complete my review without praising the hostess. As you know a host can enhance your experience or make it difficult. Ariel is the perfect host! She keeps in touch with you to make sure you are having a good time and everything is in order. She is very attentive and readily available anytime you need to contact her. This tops up what is already a great VRBO vacation place. I will definitely return.

pros: private beach spotless and clean fluffy towels new linen fast WIFI Netflix, Disney+, etc PRIVATE BEACH... cons? zero! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back My family rented both houses from Ariel for spring break. We had the best vacation, these homes are right on the water! We did not have to worry with elevators and condos and a crowded beach or parking, we felt so safe allowing the kids to walk to the bathroom or to fetch more toys. There were so many toys provided and beach chairs, umbrella which was a blessing! The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults loved the king beds. The balconies were so relaxing. This is our new spot, we will definitely return!

Hosts were amazing. Response time for any inquiries was immediate. There are 2 flights of steps, one into the townhouse and one to the upstairs. This place has everything you need for a vacation! Very clean and spacious. We walked the beach to a couple nearby restaurants which was so convenient. They are nearby several hiking trails and state parks.

The location and views are great ! Needs some TLC pictures are better than the actual unit Has a very musty /mildew smell I brought air freshener didn’t help much We didn’t need the second bedroom this trip since just my husband and myself but that bedroom has NO CLOSET the closet was turned into bunks Sliding glass doors in living room DO NOT LOCK. they added a step an lock since the doors are so so rusted out but it does not lock used broom to wedge door for security There are no drapes or blinds on kitchen sliders (that door doesn’t lock either already had wooden handle wedged in it when we arrived nor living room has drapes or blinds and neighbors balcony can see directly into unit The TV is a challenge to operate need at least to be able to get local weather while in this area We travel to the gulf area at least six to ten times a year would not return to this unit sorry just not the quality we are used to and the rates reflect that it should be nicer. Because of the location this could be an outstanding unit but needs some attention to details

property on the way to being nice heat did not work in den freezing cold no drapes on ocean side windows and breakfast area made it colder and anyone could see in from either side property owner very nice had weather related frozen pipe flooded our home in tenn had to return next day we got there dont buy trip insurance its a rip off they will not talk to anyone only refer u to a website tired twice to file on site provided by phone NO answer from them

Everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The only problem we had was the internet kept going in and out and you could not pick up any football games. No ESPN.

The access to a private beach is worth every penny. The place is spacious and has such a beautiful view. The location is great. The owner is very responsive.

It was a great place to stay. It was clean but the pictures seem to make it look a little nicer than it really is. Cons: The coffee pot didn’t work. One of the bathrooms had a wash rag that looked like a lady had either stained it with make- up and lipstick or that’s what they used to clean with. We ended up making a trip to Dollar General to buy our own. The path to the beach and the area around the outdoor shower should be kept up better. 5 of our 7 family members ended up with sand spurs in their feet. 3 of them were children 5 and under. Still a great place to stay!!

This property could not be in a better location. It is close to restaurants and stores but has easy access to a private beach in front of the cabin. The beach was never crowded for the length of our stay. The host provided us with all the information we needed and she quickly responded to all our questions. The only complaint is that the kitchen was lacking a few items, like a can opener, to make our stay more convenient. Also, having access to the ground floor garage would have been more convenient to keep our coolers and beach things secured at night. Overall, great property and we would highly recommend.

We loved this place! We stayed in Perdido last year in a similar place and I didn’t think it could be topped but this is our new favorite place! We hope we can come back next year! Thank you for a wonderful time

My family of 5 LOVED our stay. The beach is private and feels like you have it to yourself. The house is well stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys. I watched dolphins swim by every morning while I enjoyed my coffee. Bed are comfy, we all slept great. Washer and dryer was wonderful, I came home with mostly clean laundry!! I could go on and on, this was a dreamy relaxing vacation and I would stay here again and again! Don’t hesitate, book it!!!!! You won’t regret it.
